Safety Precautions
General Laser Safety:
- This equipment uses international standard four types of laser (strong laser radiation).
- Laser radiation can cause ignition of surrounding combustibles.
- During laser processing, different objects may generate other radiation, toxic gases, and harmful effects.
- Direct laser radiation can cause personal injury. Ensure fire-fighting equipment is available.
- Strictly forbidden to stack flammable and explosive materials on or around the workbench.
- Ensure good ventilation. Non-professional operators should not approach the equipment.
- Laser processing objects and emissions must comply with local laws and regulations.
- Laser processing carries high risks; carefully consider object suitability.
- The internal laser equipment has high voltage and other dangers; disassembly is strictly prohibited except for authorized operators.
- When the equipment is on, it must be guarded. Unauthorized leaving is prohibited. Cut off all power before personnel leave.
- Do not open any doors while the equipment is operating.
- Ensure the equipment and related systems are safely and effectively grounded before operation.
- Do not place unrelated total reflection or diffuse reflection objects in the device to prevent laser reflection onto the human body or flammable objects.
- Operators must always observe the equipment during operation. In case of abnormality, immediately cut off all power supplies and take corrective measures.
Environmental and Operational Conditions:
- The equipment should be operated in a dry, pollution-free, vibration-free environment with minimal electromagnetic interference.
- Recommended working temperature: 5-40 degrees Celsius.
- Recommended humidity: 5-95% (non-condensing water environment).
- Keep the equipment away from electrical devices sensitive to electromagnetic interference to prevent interference.
- The working voltage is AC220V / AC110V. Confirm the correct voltage before use.
Laser Cooling System and Laser Unit:
- The carbon dioxide glass laser is a consumable and vulnerable item; handle with care.
- The laser requires pure cold water for cooling.
- Maintain water temperature below 30 degrees Celsius during use to prevent laser damage.
- If the ambient temperature drops below 0 degrees Celsius, replace the cooling water with antifreeze liquid to protect the laser.
- It is forbidden to turn on the equipment if the grid voltage is unstable or mismatched. The manufacturer and seller are not liable for losses due to incorrect use or non-compliance.

Operation Guide
Step 1: Unpacking and Familiarization
Please open the package to confirm the product is in good condition and familiarize yourself with the various function switches.
Step 2: Cooling System Setup (Water Injection)
Open the water injection port and add pure water to the cooling system. Observe the water level during the injection process.
Note on Water Level: During the initial startup of a new chiller, air may be expelled from the water pipe, causing a slight water level decline. It is acceptable to add adequate water to keep the level in the green (NORMAL) area. Monitor the water level and inspect for leaks if it drops significantly after a period of operation.
Step 3: Exhaust System Setup (Smoke Pipe)
Connect one end of the smoke pipe to the exhaust port of the equipment and the other end to an outdoor location for ventilation.
Note: Secure the connection with a pipe clamp to prevent the pipe from falling off.
The image shows the smoke purification filter. Clean or replace it as needed based on actual working conditions.
Step 4: Powering On
Connect the power cord and turn on the product. Activate various switches to check for normal operation without failure.
It is forbidden to turn on the equipment when the grid voltage is unstable or does not match the requirements.
Step 5: Cooling System Activation and Monitoring
Turn on the cooling system switch. The water temperature display unit is Celsius.
Note: Water temperature should not exceed 35 degrees Celsius during use, as this may damage the laser. If the ambient temperature is near or below 0 degrees Celsius, use antifreeze liquid to protect the laser.
Step 6: Software Installation
Prepare your computer (Windows system). Refer to the "Software Installation Video" provided on the CD/USB to install the necessary software. After the software installation is complete, connect the USB cable. One end connects to the computer's USB port (labeled 'PC' or similar), and the other end connects to the device's USB input port (labeled '1').
