Proof of purchase in the form of a bill of sale or receipted invoice which is evidence that the product is within the warranty period must be presented to obtain warranty service. 1 Important Safety Instructions - DO NOT DESTROY In order to reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock, and/or injury to persons when using the electrical appliance, it is important to follow these basic safety precautions: · READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS · Intended for use ONLY as a massage table warmer. This is NOT a blanket. · Unfold completely for proper use. · Check table warmer frequently to ensure it is NOT bunched or folded as this could cause excess heat and result in injury or fire. · If your table warmer does not function properly, discontinue use immediately and consult the manufacturer or distributor. · Regularly inspect the cord, plug, power supply and table warmer for damages. If damaged, discontinue use immediately and consult the manufacturer or distributor. · If using an adjustable height massage table, make sure the cord cannot be caught. · Pad should not hang over the edge of massage table. · This pad is not to be used on or by an invalid, sleeping or unconscious person, or a person with poor blood circulation unless carefully attended. · Do not leave disabled persons, infants, or young children unattended while in use. · Do not use while sleeping. Do not use on an infant. · Not intended for use with pets. · Do not use on areas of sensitive skin. · Long applications on the high setting can result in skin irritation or burns. · Keep control unit away from open windows. · Do not pierce with sharp objects. · Use table warmer only on an alternating current supply circuit of correct voltage. · Keep the flexible power supply and switch (as much as possible) off the top of the table. · Unplug the unit at the power outlet when not in use. · SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS Storage ·Fold neatly and loosely, without sharp bends in the heating element. ·Do not place objects on top of your massage table warmer. ·Do not roll. 2 Care & Maintenance · DO NOT DRY-CLEAN! Cleaning liquids can deteriorate the insulation and / or covering of the heating unit. · DO NOT IRON. · DO NOT MACHINE WASH OR DRY. Follow the instructions below: Before cleaning, ensure the control is set to the "Off" position and the plug is removed from the wall socket. Spot Cleaning Sponge the soiled area using luke warm water and mild detergent or soap. Follow with a sponging of clean water. To remove excess water, compress the wet area between absorbent towels. Nettoyage des taches Épongez la partie sale avec de l'eau tiède et un détergent ou savon doux. Passez ensuite un coup d'éponge avec de l'eau propre. Pour éliminer l'excès d'eau, séchez la zone humide entre des chiffons absorbants.
