Pre-Set Gourmet Brew Recipes at the Touch of a Button
Curtis ThermoPro Systems allow users to fine-tune the brewing process with a single button, unlike other systems that may require expensive additional equipment. A simple button enables selection from a variety of pre-programmed coffee recipes. When enabled, recipe programming automatically sets all gourmet functions, from pre-infusion to pulse brewing to water bypass percentage, allowing further fine-tuning of the signature beverage.
Standard recipes include: Gourmet Standard (the out-of-the-carton default setting), Dark Roast, Light Roast, High Yield, Filter Pack, and Decaf.

ThermoPro twin units ship standard with a robust 5000 watts of recovery power. For installations with a higher rated circuit, a single connection change can boost the ThermoPro to a powerful 7500 watts, providing enhanced recovery and brewing speed. Note: 220VAC/Single Phase Models Only. Connections should only be made by a qualified installation technician.
