HOW TO USE THE HD4000 SPRAYER

  1. STEP 1: Thread the bottom of the valve handle onto the hose. Use plumbers' tape to secure a leak-free connection.
  2. STEP 2: Charge your HD4000 before using it. We charge our sprayers before we ship them. However, you may receive a sprayer with less than a full battery.
  3. STEP 3: Connect the hose to the sprayer. Spin it on quickly through the wing nut connector.
  4. STEP 4: Thread the wand onto the top of the valve handle nice and tight.
  5. STEP 5: Select the nozzle of your choice and attach it on the wand. There are six nozzles you can choose from depending on your spraying task.
  6. STEP 6: Prime your sprayer pump before the first use. Turn on the pump and let it run for several minutes to prime the system.
  7. STEP 7: Add the liquid solution of your choice through the mesh strainer in the lid.
  8. STEP 8: Dial in the pressure using the pressure adjustment knob.
  9. STEP 9: Squeeze the valve handle and spray continuously.
  10. STEP 10: Turn off the pressure adjustment knob when finished. Empty any remaining solution from the tank and rinse it thoroughly with clean water.
