The Monster Open Ear AC360 are Bluetooth headphones designed for a comfortable and immersive audio experience. This guide provides essential information for setup and use.

Quick Start Guide

Charging

Before first use, fully charge the earphones and the charging case. Connect the USB-C cable to a power adapter to begin charging.

USB-C Port: Used for charging the case.

Power On/Off

When removed from the charging case, the earphones automatically turn on and pair with each other. To turn off, place the earphones back into the charging case; they will power off and begin charging.

Pairing

The earphones turn on automatically when taken out of the charging case. For new device connection: turn on Bluetooth on your device and select "Monster Open Ear AC360" from the list. You will hear system prompts upon successful connection. Previously connected earphones will automatically connect to the last paired device upon powering on.

Wearing

Place the "Monster Open Ear AC360" onto your ears and rotate gently to ensure a comfortable fit for optimal wearing and sound quality.

MFB Operation

  • Answer Call: Double-press the MFB (Multi-Function Button) on either the left or right earphone.
  • End Call: Double-press the MFB on either the left or right earphone.
  • Reject Call: Press and hold the MFB on the left or right earphone for 2 seconds.
  • Voice Assistant: [Access voice assistant] (Specific action not detailed in diagram, typically a long press or triple press).

Additional Operation

  • Power On: Earphones turn on automatically when removed from the charging case.
  • Power Off: Place earphones in the charging case.
  • Pairing Successful: Indicated by white flashing lights.
  • Pairing Timed Out: Indicated by red flashing lights.
  • Connection Over Distance: Indicated by white flashing lights.
  • Disconnect Phone: Indicated by white flashing lights.
  • Low Battery: Indicated by slow red flashing lights.
  • Low Power Off: Indicated by red light on for 2 seconds then off.

LED Indicator (Earphone)

  • Power On: White light for 2 seconds then off.
  • Power Off: Red light for 2 seconds then off.
  • Pairing is successful: White flashes.
  • Pairing timed out: Red flashes.
  • Connection is over distance: White flashes.
  • Disconnect the phone: White flashes.
  • Low battery: Red flashes slowly.
  • Low power off: Red light on for 2 seconds then off.

LED Indicator (Charging Case)

  • Charging: White light stays on while charging, turns off when full.
  • Discharge: White flashes.
  • Low battery: Red light flashes slowly, full charge indicated by a solid red light.

Reset

In the power-on state, touch the MFB of both earphones 5 times simultaneously. The earphones will automatically shut down to reset. Placing them in the charging case and removing them again will turn them on and enter pairing mode.

Attention

  • Private replacement of batteries without permission is not recommended.
  • Batteries [battery packs or battery combinations] should not be exposed to lighting, baking, or similar overheating environments.
  • When charging the charging compartment from an external power source, the input voltage and current standard should be ≤ 5V/1A.
