Getting Started with the DESLOC App
Begin by downloading the DESLOC App to unlock the full potential of your smart lock. The app facilitates owner account registration, device pairing, and personalized settings.
Owner Account Registration: Follow the on-screen prompts to create your account, ensuring you meet the password requirements (8-16 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, digits, and special symbols).
Adding Your DESLOC D120L Plus Lock
Connect your smart lock to the DESLOC app using one of the following methods:
- Method 1: Bluetooth Link: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the smart lock is within range.
- Method 2: Scan to Add: Scan the QR code located on the inside of the battery cover or the packaging box.
- Method 3: Add Manually: Enter the device's SN code manually if the QR code is unavailable.

Personalizing Your Lock Settings
- Owner Passcode Setting: Create a secure passcode (6-8 digits) for your lock.
- Owner Fingerprint Setting: Register your fingerprint for convenient and secure access. Ensure your finger is clean before scanning.
- Wi-Fi Configuration: Connect your lock to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network to enable advanced features and remote access. Location services may be required for initial setup.
Managing Access and Security
- Add Door Opening Permission for Other Users: Grant access to family members or guests with different permission types: Always, Schedule, or One-Pass.
- Anti-hijacking Assign: Set up a special passcode or fingerprint that, when used, discreetly notifies linked users and an emergency contact of a potential hijacking situation.
- General Settings: Customize device name, Wi-Fi settings, volume, and check firmware versions.
- Firmware Version: Keep your lock's firmware up-to-date for optimal performance and security.
- Factory Reset: Restore the lock to its default settings if needed. Remember to change the administrator passcode immediately after a factory reset.
