Function Overview
The tablet features a front camera (1), volume controls (+/-) (2), a power/off button (3), a reset pinhole (4), a microSD card slot (5), a USB-C port (6), a speaker (7), and a rear camera (8). A 'Dynamic Halo/Flashlight' feature is also present (9).
Dynamic Halo Feature
The Dynamic Halo feature allows customization of lighting effects for charging, music playback, gaming, and notifications. To enable this feature, navigate to Settings > Display > Dynamic Halo and toggle the setting ON.
The settings screen shows options to enable Dynamic Halo for Charging, Music, and Games, with specific lighting effects available for each. It also includes a setting for Notification lighting effects with a time period for enabling alerts (08:00-22:00).
Start and Setup
Power On/Off
- Press and hold the power button for 2-3 seconds to turn on the tablet. Follow the on-screen guide to select your language and complete setup.
- Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to access power off and restart options. Select 'power off' to shut down.
- If the device is unresponsive, press and hold the power button for 10 seconds to force shutdown.
Reset
When the device is on, use a pin to press the reset button to force a restart.
Battery
The tablet has a built-in rechargeable Li-ion battery.
For occasional users, it is recommended to drain the battery completely once a month.
Warning: Do not dispose of the tablet in fire.
Charge the device fully each time to maximize battery life. The lithium battery does not require a full discharge before charging.
Use a 5V 2A charger for optimal tablet charging.
Sleep Mode
Press the power button once to put the tablet into Sleep Mode. Press it again to wake the tablet.
Tip: Adjust automatic sleep settings via Settings > Display > Screen timeout.
Troubleshooting
Q1. The tablet doesn't power on
- Reboot the tablet after charging for 30 minutes.
- Press the power button to check if the tablet is in Sleep Mode.
- Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds to force shutdown, then reboot.
- Use a pin to press the reset button.
Q2. The tablet doesn't charge
- Charge the device for at least 30 minutes, especially if the battery was fully drained.
- Ensure the USB cable is securely plugged into the charging port.
- Try a different compatible USB cable and adapter.
Q3. Error message occurs during operation
- Uninstall the app causing the error message, then download and install it again.
- Use a pin to press the reset button.
Q4. The tablet cannot be detected by the computer
- Ensure the tablet is powered on.
- Try a different USB cable.
- Try a different USB port on the computer.
- When connecting to the computer, select 'Transfer files' or 'Transfer photos (PTP)' instead of 'Charge this device'.
Q5. The tablet cannot connect to the Wi-Fi
- Verify that Wi-Fi is enabled on your tablet.
- Confirm that the correct Wi-Fi password has been entered.
- Reboot your Wi-Fi router.
- Check router settings for any connection limitations or filters.
- Forget the current Wi-Fi network on the tablet, reset the router, and reconnect.
Q6. The storage space of the tablet is not enough
- Delete unused applications.
- Regularly clear the app cache.
- Insert a microSD card to expand storage capacity.

Accessories should not contain metallic components. Using accessories that do not meet these requirements may not comply with FCC RF exposure regulations and should be avoided.
