Assembly Instructions
The following describes the assembly process based on the provided diagrams and parts list. Refer to the part numbers for specific components.
General Assembly Steps:
- Attach the Support Legs (4) to the main frame using Bolts (3) and Flat Pads (6, 7, 8).
- Mount the Engine (9) onto the frame using Motor Shock Pads (5) and Bolts (10, 13).
- Connect the Engine to the Motor Connecting Plate (1) using a Flat Key (2).
- Assemble the Blade Plate Welding Assembly (20) with Blades (Type J Blade - 21, Triangle Blade - 22) and Blade Washers (23), Blade Liners (24), and Blade Loose Lock Sheet (25). Secure with Bolts (26).
- Attach the assembled Blade Plate to the engine shaft.
- Install the Blade Cover Components (37) and Blade Cover (41) using Bolts (42, 38).
- Assemble the Hopper Assembly (33) with Hopper Handlebar (34) and secure it to the main frame using Bolts (38) and Flange Locknuts (35). Attach the Hopper Bucket Seal Pad (36).
- Install the Bough Branch Inlet Assembly (14) and Bold Branch Protective Curtain (12) to the hopper.
- Assemble the Wheel Shaft Components (43) and attach the Wheel Assemblies (52) with Flat Pads (53) and Bolts (54). Install Wheel Lock Sheets (46, 51) and Brake Correlators (47, 50) if applicable.
- Install the Protective Curtain Press Board (31) and Rubber Protection Curtain (32) to the discharge chute area.
- Attach the Out Cap (39) and Screw (40).
- Install the Collect Bag (58) to the discharge chute.
- Ensure all bolts and nuts are tightened securely, using the specified washers and lock nuts.
Note: Specific diagrams show detailed placement of parts like the Runcork pin (44) to fix components.

Operation Instructions
Refer to the diagrams showing the "CHOKE" lever for starting procedures.
Starting the Engine:
- Ensure the engine is properly assembled and fueled.
- Set the CHOKE lever to the "START" position.
- Pull the starter cord to crank the engine.
- Once the engine starts, gradually move the CHOKE lever to the "RUN" position as it warms up.
Operation:
Feed branches and organic material into the hopper. The chipper shredder will process them. Ensure safety precautions are followed during operation.
Stopping the Engine:
Refer to the engine's specific stop procedure (typically involves a throttle or kill switch).
