General Usage Warnings:
- Do not climb on, under or through tables and benches.
- Two people are required to move tables and benches.
- Do not use if any parts of the bench or table are broken or damaged.
- Inspect and tighten hardware every six months.
- Replace rusted hardware and damaged components.
Assembly Steps
Assembly requires two people and appropriate safety equipment. Ensure all parts are present before beginning.
The bench typically consists of the following main components:
- Seat Panel (Expanded or Perforated Metal)
- Backrest Panel (Expanded or Perforated Metal)
- Side Frames/Legs (2 pieces)
- Support Bars/Crossbars (2-4 pieces)
- Hardware (bolts, nuts, washers - not specified, but required)
General Assembly Process:
- Attach the two Side Frames (Part 3) to the underside of the Seat Panel (Part 1) using the provided hardware. Ensure they are securely fastened and oriented correctly for the bench legs.
- Attach the Backrest Panel (Part 2) to the rear of the Seat Panel and/or the Side Frames, depending on the specific design, using the appropriate hardware.
- Install the Support Bars/Crossbars (Part 4) between the Side Frames, typically at the front and rear, to provide stability and structural integrity.
- After initial assembly, inspect all connections and tighten all hardware securely.
Refer to the original diagrams for precise placement of parts and hardware.
Maintenance and Reference
These assembly instructions and warnings should be retained by the maintenance or safety department for future reference.
Routine maintenance and inspection of the equipment should be performed every six months. Damaged and worn parts should be removed from service until replaced or repaired to prevent safety hazards.
