Space heating, domestic hot water, & ventilation into one enclosed unit. Footprint of 800mm x 800mm utility cupboard, ideal for space constricted developments. Selection of pre-plumbed cylinders available (100L, 150L) All pipework, valves and connectors used are WRAS Approved. Ceiling mounted louvres to extract air from wet areas. Fresh air intake through windows or wall ventilators/grilles, & through an air duct system. No additional PV Panels required for nZEB compliance. Fully connected system with Wi-FI control via the Tuya app. Full remote access for landlord/ building management control.

How does the EVAir F30 system work?

1.

Damp Air Removed
Damp/ Stale air is extracted from wet
rooms' (kitchen, bathrooms', utility) via adjustable ceiling mounted louvres within each wet area.

2.

EVAir F30 works its magic
The air is pulled into the EVAir F30 by a powerful & highly efficient built-in fan, flows across an evaporator containing a low temperature, low pressure refrigerant, from which the heat is extracted through a heat exchanger into the sealed refrigerant circuit.

Condensor Coil & Water

4.

This high pressure, high temperature refrigerant travels from the compressor to the condenser coil inside the tank. The heat from the refrigerant transfers to the water via the coil.

Pressure = Increased Temperature
The refrigerant moves to the built-in compressor, which increases the pressure & temperature of the refrigerant.

5.

Refrigerant cools down
Having transferred the heat to the water, the refrigerant returns to a low temperature and pressure, and reverts to the evaporator.

6.

Cycle Continues
The cycle continues until the refrigerant has transferred enough heat to bring the stored water to its desired temperature.

7.

Switch Off
Once the water has reached the desired temperature, the EVAir will switch off
