Operating Instructions
Function Table
Mixer | Function | Rotational Speed | Time to Completion |
---|---|---|---|
☕️ | Hot Airy Foam | 1700~2900r/min | 130-160s |
☕️ | Hot Dense Foam | 3000~4200r/min | 130-160s |

Operation Steps
- Insert the whisk into the top of the drive shaft inside the canister.
- Remove the container from the base and pour milk up to the MIN marking inside the canister. The volume of the milk increases during the frothing process. Only pour milk up to the lower MAX marking to prevent milk froth from overflowing.
- Place the lid onto the container.
- Place the container on the power base.
A visual guide shows these steps: 1. Inserting the whisk into the jug. 2. Adding milk to the jug. 3. Placing the lid on the jug. 4. The control panel with mode icons (hot dense foam, hot airy foam, heating milk, cold milk froth) and a cancel button.
Notes on Operation
- It is recommended to use whole milk, as it will be easier to form a delicate and dense milk froth.
- The orange indicator lights up to show the selected mode and that the unit is in operation.
- You will hear three prompt tones after the cycle has finished, and the milk frother switches off automatically.
Foam Types Explained
Cold Foam
The cold foam setting creates a luscious, silky microfoam filled with millions of tiny bubbles. Use milk and coconut milk for the perfect cold brew topper. (The Milk Frother does not chill when frothing. Please use chilled liquid.)
Hot Airy Foam
The warm foam setting heats and froths; a gentle swirl of the pitcher at the end creates a loose style of warm microfoam – like a cloud floating on your café au lait and lattes.
Hot Dense Foam
The warm, thick foam setting heats and froths your liquid to create a rich, dense style of warm microfoam. The crowning touch for your cappuccino.
Heating
The warm, no-foam setting heats your drink without generating any foam. This setting automatically slow-stirs your drink to keep it from scorching, perfect for amazing steamed milk, hot chocolate, etc.
Operational Note
NOTE: In the process of using the product, sometimes there will be light flashing and slight noise. This problem happens when the milk temperature is too high or when milk is not put into the machine. In this case, disconnect the power supply and turn on the milk foam machine again after 5 minutes.

CLEANING
- Clean the appliance and parts thoroughly after each use.
- Please separate the cup body from the power supply base before cleaning.
- Remove the jug from the power base.
- Remove the lid, and remove the whisk for frother from the jug's shaft at the bottom.

MAINTENANCE
- Always ensure that the electrical connections do not get wet.
- Interior: Using a soft, lint-free cloth soaked in cold mild detergent, gently remove the dirt from inside the cup. Clean the inside of the jug with a damp cloth. Dry thoroughly after cleaning.
- Exterior: Gently wipe the cylindrical hardware parts outside the cup body with a soft wet towel. It is not recommended to clean the cup body with a strong cleaning agent, acid liquid, hard nylon brush, or metal brush lest any scratches are left on the surface of the cup body.
- Whisks: Remove the whisks and then wash them in warm, soapy water. Be sure to dry them thoroughly before storage. Always store the whisks in a safe place out of the reach of children.
- Residue: Remove milk residue inside the container and around the axle using a soft brush. Milk residue may cause malfunction if not cleaned properly.
