Introduction To the Connection between Watch and Mobile Phone
This section guides you through connecting the Blackview X1 Smart Watch to your mobile phone using the H Band application.
1. Download and Install APP (H Band)
Scan the QR code provided on the product packaging or the watch itself using your mobile browser to download the H Band application. Downloading requires a Wi-Fi network or mobile data. Install the app after downloading and grant the necessary permissions for Bluetooth connection. Note: H Band supports iOS 9.0 or later and Android 6.0 or later.

2. Connecting the Watch to the Phone (iOS and Android)
- Turn on Bluetooth on your mobile phone.
- Open the H Band app on your mobile phone's desktop (refer to Figure 1). You can log in with an existing account or register for a new one.
- After successful login, navigate to the home page. Click the 'not connected' section (refer to Figure 2) to enter the Bluetooth search interface.
- Select your device (X1) from the list and click 'Connect'.
- Wait a few seconds. The watch will prompt a Bluetooth pairing request. Allow the pairing on your phone. This completes the connection between the H Band app and the watch (refer to Figure 3).
- You will then be asked if you want to upload data to the cloud (refer to Figure 4). You can choose 'Yes' or 'No'.
Clicking 'NO' or 'YES' will lead to the connection success interface and synchronize data once (refer to Figure 5). Note: The data sync function automatically uploads data every 30 minutes. If automatic heart rate monitoring is enabled, heart rate is tested every 10 minutes and then uploaded to the app.

Important Notes:
- For Apple iOS: If the iPhone is not used for a long time (over 2 hours) and is in standby or hibernation (blank screen), the H Band app may be cleared by the iOS system. When the connection between the app and watch is off, app functions will be unavailable. Open the app again to automatically reconnect.
- For Android: After installing the H Band app, you may need to enable background application startup permission in your phone's settings. The exact steps vary by phone model. For example, on Huawei phones: Settings -> Application -> Application Startup Management -> H Band -> Change automatic management to manual management and enable all permissions (self-startup, associated start, background activities). This ensures the app maintains the Bluetooth connection with the watch without being closed by the Android system when the phone is in standby.
Watch Function Introduction
1. Heart Rate
To measure your heart rate, navigate to the Function Menu on the watch, click the Heart Rate icon, and start the test. The test lasts for 60 seconds, after which the screen will turn off. For accurate results, remain still during the test and ensure the watch is not worn too tightly or too loosely.
2. Multisport
The watch supports 9 types of sports modes:
- Outdoor Run
- Outdoor Walk
- Indoor Run
- Indoor Walk
- Hiking
- Climbing
- Outdoor Cycle
- Stationary Bike
- Elliptical
Data Recording:
- Outdoor Run, Outdoor Walk, Indoor Run, Indoor Walk, and Hiking modes can record heart rate, calories, steps, mileage, and pace.
- Climbing, Outdoor Cycle, Indoor Cycling, Elliptical, and other modes can record exercise heart rate and calories.
You can swipe up or down to switch data pages and choose to pause or continue the activity.
a. Auto-exit: If the exercise intensity is too low for an extended period, the watch will automatically detect if you are still in motion. If not, it will automatically exit the sport mode.
b. Data Storage: The watch stores the data for the last three sport activities.
c. Upload Data to H Band: Open the H Band app, select 'Multisport', and view your sports history.
3. Message
You can configure message notifications in the H Band app settings. When enabled ('on'), the watch will display notifications for messages received on your phone, including calls, SMS, QQ, WeChat, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Line, Instagram, Snapchat, Skype, Gmail, and others. Note: iOS requires pairing, while Android requires permission opening. The watch can store a maximum of 3 messages at a time.
4. Find My Phone
Locate the 'Find My Phone' function in the watch's function menu. When activated, if the phone is connected, it will vibrate and ring. If disconnected, a 'unconnected Bluetooth' prompt will appear. Slide left to right or press the power button briefly to exit this function.
5. Music
Access the 'Music' function from the watch's menu to control music playback on your connected phone. You can play, pause, skip to the previous song, or skip to the next song. If the watch is not connected via Bluetooth, an 'unconnected Bluetooth' prompt will be displayed. Swiping left to right or pressing the power button briefly exits the music control interface, but it does not stop the music playback on the phone. Note: Compatibility may vary due to the large number of music playback software and Android phone manufacturers. Generally, direct control is possible, but some music apps may require prior opening on the phone.
6. Stopwatch
Use the 'Stopwatch' function to time events. Click the start button (lower right corner) to begin timing, click again to pause, or click the restore button (lower left corner) to reset. The screen will turn off after one minute of inactivity. Wake the screen by raising your wrist or pressing the power button. The stopwatch cannot be exited while timing; you must first click 'Restore' and then swipe left to right or press the power button to exit.
7. Time Countdown
The 'Time Countdown' function allows you to set hours, minutes, and seconds for a countdown. After setting the time, click 'Start' to return to the Function Menu. The countdown continues in the background and will alert you with a pop-up window and vibration upon completion.
8. Settings
In the 'Settings' function, you can adjust screen brightness (12 levels) and download the H Band app QR code. Higher brightness levels consume more battery power. Scan the QR code to download the H Band app.
Mobile APP Function Introduction
Notes: The H Band app synchronizes step and heart rate data automatically every 30 minutes. If automatic heart rate monitoring is enabled, tests are performed every 10 minutes, with data uploaded to the app.
1. Message Reminder
Navigate to 'H Band' [app icon] -> My [user icon] -> My device [device icon] -> Message Reminder. Here you can toggle the function to receive messages on your watch. If the switch is off, messages won't be pushed. If it's on, messages will be pushed normally. Note: If you encounter issues, click the help icon in the upper right corner for troubleshooting.
2. Alarm Clock Setting
Navigate to 'H Band' [app icon] -> My [user icon] -> My device [device icon] -> Alarm Reminder. Click the '+' icon in the upper right corner to set the time and date for your reminder. For recurring alarms, select the 'Repeat Time'. Click the top right angle symbol [check] to confirm the setup.
3. Sedentariness Setting
Navigate to 'H Band' [app icon] -> My [user icon] -> My equipment [gear icon] -> Sedentariness reminder. Turn this function on to set the start and end times, and the sedentariness judging interval. The default is 14:00 PM - 18:00 PM, with reminders every 60 minutes. When active, the watch continuously monitors if you are sitting. If you remain seated for longer than the set period, the watch will vibrate and display a reminder.
4. Heart Rate Alarming
Navigate to 'H Band' [app icon] -> My [user icon] -> My equipment [gear icon] -> Heart rate alarming. Turn this function on and set the alarming value. The default is 115bpm. The watch will vibrate to remind you if your heart rate is detected at or above the set value.
5. Wrist Rotating Screen On
Navigate to 'H Band' [app icon] -> My [user icon] -> My equipment [gear icon] -> Sedentariness reminder [Note: This path might be a typo and could relate to display settings]. Turn on this function and set the start/end time, judging interval, and wrist sensitivity. This feature is active only within the set time period (default 06:00 AM to 22:00 PM). After enabling, rotating your wrist or raising your hand will turn the watch screen bright. Screen-on time and sensitivity can be adjusted in the app.
6. Binding Equipment
Navigate to 'H Band' [app icon] -> My [user icon] -> My equipment [gear icon] -> Binding equipment. Turn this function on. After enabling, when the watch syncs data to the app, the app will save it locally (if logged in without an account) or upload it to the cloud (if logged in with an account).
7. Low-Power Consumption Mode
Navigate to 'H Band' [app icon] -> My [user icon] -> My equipment [gear icon] -> Low-power consumption mode. Turn this function on. This shortens the screen-on time for wrist rotation and message notifications, and weakens the message notification vibration sense.
8. Switches Setting
Navigate to 'H Band' [app icon] -> My [user icon] -> My equipment [gear icon] -> On-off state setting. Here you can configure settings for wearing checking, heart rate monitoring, and connection reminding.
- Wearing checking: Before heart rate measurement, the watch checks if it's worn correctly. If yes, it proceeds with measurement or flashes an indicator light before going into standby.
- Heart rate monitoring: Performs automatic monitoring at regular intervals (every 10 minutes) and records data. Data is uploaded to the app if connected to a mobile phone.
- Connection reminding: Notifies you with vibration and screen display when the mobile phone disconnects from the watch.
Advanced Settings & Management
9. Passwords Resetting
Navigate to 'H Band' [app icon] -> My [user icon] -> My equipment [gear icon] -> Reset the device password. You can set a connection password, which is required for connecting the mobile phone to the wristband. The initial password is '0000', which can be reset. If you forget the password, long-press the standby interface for 6 seconds to clear it, allowing connection without a password. To reset, the old password is '0000'.
10. Firmware Update
Navigate to 'H Band' [app icon] -> My [user icon] -> My equipment [gear icon] -> Firmware update. The app will notify you if a new version of the equipment program is available.
11. Clear Data
Navigate to 'H Band' [app icon] -> My [user icon] -> My equipment [gear icon] -> Clear data. This operation will erase all data and restore all function settings to their default state. Default settings include: Unit: Metric system, Sport aim (5km/h): 8000, Main interface style: Default. Default enabled switches: Wrist rotating screen-on, correct wearing checking, and heart rate monitoring.
Precautions
- Only one connection app is allowed on the mobile terminal for stable data syncing. Multiple apps may interfere with the watch-phone connection.
- If your mobile phone displays an 'access application' prompt, click 'Yes' to ensure you receive notification messages.
- Some Android phones may close apps when cleaning up background processes. Ensure H Band is always running in the background (refer to phone settings for 'running in the background' configuration).
- For accurate heart rate measurement, ensure the watch is worn at a moderate tightness; too tight restricts blood flow, too loose affects sensor accuracy.
- Prevent the product from colliding with hard objects to avoid damage, especially to the glass.
- Use a charger rated at 5V and 1A. Fast charging is not supported. Do not charge if the device is wet with water or sweat to prevent short circuits and damage.
- This product is an electronic monitoring device for daily reference only and is not intended for medical use.
Fault Removal Method
1. Start Failure
- Ensure the power button is pressed for at least 3 seconds.
- If the battery is low, connect the charger.
- If the watch is unresponsive after a long period of disuse, use a 5V/1A charger to activate it.
2. Auto Power-Off
- If the watch powers off automatically, the battery is likely low. Connect the charger.
3. Insufficient Service Time
- Ensure the battery is fully charged (at least two hours).
- Check if the screen-on time or screen luminance is set too high.
- Verify that the motor mode is not left on for extended periods.
4. Bluetooth Connection Failure
- Restart both the watch and the mobile phone.
- Turn off and then turn on Bluetooth on your mobile phone for reconnection.
5. Inaccurate Sleeping Data
- Wear the watch normally throughout the day and night for accurate sleep monitoring.
- Wearing the watch only when falling asleep late or only during sleep may cause errors.
- No sleep data will be recorded if you sleep during the daytime.
