Assembly Instructions

General Notes

WARNING: DO NOT over tighten the hardware. Over tightening can lead to structural damage and negatively affect performance.

NOTE: Steps 1-12 require temporary finger tightening of nuts and bolts until instructed otherwise to ensure proper alignment.

Some parts may have unused holes as they are manufactured for universal use. Read instructions carefully before beginning.

Step 1: Frame Assembly (Finger Tighten)

Finger tighten bolts until frame assembly is complete.

Step 2: Assemble Lower/Upper Frames

Assemble four (4) pieces of the lower/upper frames together by sliding the splices. If attaching to the GGT509-B Bolderton Deluxe 10' Tower, assemble four (4) lower/upper frames, attach to the tower platform, and finger tighten. Pre-assemble the tower to the height shown in illustrations. Do not fully assemble the tower before installing the blind.

Step 3: Attach Lower Vertical Supports

On the inside of the lower frame, attach eight (8) lower vertical supports using eight (8) 1/4" x 1 3/8" hex bolts [F] and eight (8) 1/4" hex nuts [H]. Refer to the illustration for correct locations.

Step 4: Attach Cross Supports

On the inside of the lower frame, attach eight (8) cross supports to the lower frame and lower vertical supports using sixteen (16) 1/4" x 1 3/8" hex bolts [F] and sixteen (16) 1/4" hex nuts [H].

Step 5: Attach Upper Vertical Supports

Slide the eight (8) upper vertical supports onto the lower vertical supports. Do not bolt together yet.

Step 6: Attach Horizontal Supports

Attach six (6) horizontal supports to the inside of the upper vertical supports using twelve (12) 1/4" x 1 3/8" hex bolts [F] and twelve (12) 1/4" hex nuts [H].

Step 7: Attach Window Braces

Locate three (3) window braces and attach them to the inside of the lower frame and the outside of the horizontal frame, using six (6) 1/4" x 1 3/8" hex bolts [F] and six (6) 1/4" hex nuts [H].

Step 8: Attach Remaining Frames

Attach the four remaining lower/upper frames to the outside of the upper vertical supports using eight (8) 1/4" x 1 3/8" hex bolts [F] and eight (8) 1/4" hex nuts [H].

Step 9: Attach Upper Cross Supports

On the inside of the upper frame, attach eight (8) cross supports to the upper frame and upper vertical supports using sixteen (16) 1/4" x 1 3/8" hex bolts [F] and sixteen (16) 1/4" hex nuts [H].

Step 10: Attach Roof Braces

Starting on one side and working around the blind, bolt the roof braces to the outside of the upper frame using eight (8) 1/4" x 1 3/8" hex bolts [F] and eight (8) 1/4" hex nuts [H]. Attach long roof braces to the four short sides and short roof braces to the four wide sides.

Step 11: Secure Center Roof Braces

Bolt all roof braces together in the center using one (1) 1/4" x 1 1/2" hex bolt [E] and one (1) 1/4" hex nut [H].

Step 12: Install Fiberglass Rods

Connect the short fiberglass rod into a circle and place it on top of the roof supports, centering it. Use the provided straps to secure the fiberglass rod to the roof supports. Repeat these steps for the long fiberglass rod.

Step 13: Final Tightening

Tighten all bolts on the blind to ensure everything is secure. If attaching to the GGT509-B Bolderton Deluxe 10' Tower, tighten the bolts connecting the lower frame to the platform as per Step 14. All other bolts should be tightened now.

Step 14: Install Blind Cover

Ensure all zippers are unzipped for easier fit and adjustment. Locate the door on the blind cover and the metal frame and align them. Lift the cover over the roof supports and fiberglass rods. Pull down evenly on each side, working around the blind to center it. If the cover is tight, check for snags. Do not force the cover over the metal frame. Once centered, zip the side zippers closed. If using with the GGT509-B Bolderton Deluxe 10' Tower, pull the extra blind fabric between the lower frame and tower platform to ensure it is taut and secure.

Step 15: Secure to Tower Platform (If Applicable)

If used on the GGT509-B Bolderton Deluxe 10' Tower, tighten the bolts connecting the lower frame to the tower platform using eight (8) 5/16" x 2 3/8" hex bolts [A] and eight (8) 5/16" hex nuts [G].

Step 16: Install Window Covers

Review the illustration for installing window covers. Tall windows are on the narrow sides, and short windows are on the wider sides. For tall windows, choose two to cover. For short windows, select either blackout or see-through covers.

Tips for Increasing Product Longevity

Always store your blind in a cool, dry place, ensuring it is completely dry and clean before placing it in the carrying bag. Never leave the blind outside longer than necessary, as the material may fade with prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
