Assembly Steps
Step 1: Base Frame Assembly
Assemble the base frame using parts 1, 2, and 3. Secure with six (6) A-type screws and six (6) B-type cam locks.
Step 2: Bottom Panel Attachment
Attach the bottom panel (4) to the assembled base frame. Secure with four (4) A-type screws and four (4) B-type cam locks.
Step 3: Side Panel Attachment
Attach the base side panels (7 and 8) to the base frame. Secure with four (4) A-type screws and four (4) B-type cam locks.
Step 4: Back Panel Support Attachment (Sides)
Attach the back panel support (10) to the side panels (7 and 8). Secure with four (4) A-type screws and four (4) B-type cam locks.
Step 5: Back Panel Support Attachment (Bottom)
Attach the back panel support (10) to the bottom panel (4). Secure with twelve (12) G-type knobs.
Step 6: Vertical Support Frame Assembly
Assemble the main vertical support frame using parts 13, 14, and 15. Secure with six (6) A-type screws and four (4) B-type cam locks.
Step 7: Top Shelf Support Attachment
Attach the top shelf support (19) to the vertical support frame. Secure with four (4) A-type screws and four (4) B-type cam locks.
Step 8: Bench Back Panel Attachment
Attach the bench back panel (18) to the vertical support frame. Secure with two (2) B-type cam locks.
Step 9: Bench Side Rail Preparation
Prepare two identical bench side rail assemblies using parts 14 and 15. Secure each with eight (8) A-type screws.
Step 10: Bench Back Panel to Side Rails
Attach the bench back panel (18) to the prepared side rail assemblies. Secure with four (4) B-type cam locks.
Step 11: Bench Seat Structure Assembly
Assemble the bench seat structure using parts 23 and 24. Secure with eight (8) B-type cam locks.
Step 12: Bench Assembly
Attach the assembled bench seat structure (from Step 11) to the bench back panel and side rails (from Step 10). Secure with six (6) A-type screws and six (6) B-type cam locks.
Step 13: Upper Shelf Support Preparation
Prepare two identical upper shelf support assemblies using parts 14 and 15. Secure each with eight (8) A-type screws.
Step 14: Upper Shelf Structure Attachment
Attach the upper shelf structure (from Step 13) to the main vertical frame. Secure with sixteen (16) B-type cam locks.
Step 15: Top Panel Attachment
Attach the top panel (17) to the vertical structure. Secure with six (6) A-type screws.
Step 16: Main Unit Combination
Combine the base unit (from Step 5) with the main vertical assembly (from Step 15). Attach the vertical structure (21) to the base unit (parts 7, 6, 3). Secure with six (6) B-type cam locks.
Step 17: Top Shelf Attachment
Attach the top shelf parts (23 and 24) and the top panel (17). Secure using two (2) F-type screws, four (4) C-type screws, and two (2) K-type latches.
Step 18: Door Assembly
Assemble the two cabinet doors. Attach handles (J) to each door using two (2) C-type screws per handle. Attach hinges (D) to the doors using twenty-four (24) C-type screws and two (2) E-type screws. Attach knobs (I) to the doors using two (2) E-type screws.
Step 19: Hook Attachment
Attach three (3) H-type hooks to the vertical paneling using six (6) C-type screws.
Step 20: Door Installation
Attach the assembled cabinet doors to the bench cabinet using the hinges (D) and appropriate screws. Ensure doors open and close smoothly.
