Quick Installation Guide
Attention and Safety Precautions
- The projector is not dustproof or waterproof.
- To reduce fire and electric shock risk, do not expose the projector to rain or fog.
- Use the original power adapter. The projector must operate under specified rated power supply.
- When the projector is operating, avoid looking directly into the lens, as the strong light can cause temporary eye discomfort. Children should use the projector under adult supervision.
- Do not cover the projector vents. Overheating can reduce the projector's lifespan and pose a danger.
- Regularly clean projector vents to prevent cooling malfunctions caused by dust.
- Avoid using the projector in greasy, damp, dusty, or smoky environments, as oil or chemicals can cause malfunctions.
- Handle the projector with care during daily use.
- Disconnect the power if the projector will not be used for an extended period.
- Non-professionals are forbidden to disassemble the projector for testing or maintenance.

Projector Components
The projector features a lens at the front, ventilation grilles on the sides and rear, and ports including a headset jack, HDMI, and USB. It also has an air inlet.
Remote Control Components and Functions
The remote control includes:
- [Power Button]: Turns the projector on/off.
- [Directional Pad]: Navigates menus and options (Up, Down, Left, Right).
- [OK Button]: Confirms selections.
- [Menu Button]: Accesses the main menu.
- [Back Button]: Returns to the previous screen.
- [Home Button]: Returns to the home screen.
- [Volume Up/Down Buttons]: Adjusts audio volume.
- [Miracast Button]: Activates Miracast screen mirroring.
- [Mouse Icon Button]: Switches to mouse control mode.
Software Features and Settings
Application Management
Users can switch between applications by navigating to 'My Apps' to view installed programs and clicking on a program icon. All applications are distinguishable by their icons.
Settings Menu Overview
The Settings menu provides access to various configurations, including Networking, Bluetooth, Language, Other Settings, Projection, Audio, and Date And Time.
Networking Setting
In Networking Setting, users can enable Wi-Fi, select a target Wi-Fi ID, and input a password to connect to the internet. The Wi-Fi Setting screen displays available networks (e.g., 'HTC_GC2.4G' shown as connected, 'EZProjector-78080406', 'test_web_2.4G', 'HTC_2.4G', 'FlyWIFI2.4G', 'HTC_5G') with their security types (e.g., WPA2-PSK). Users can refresh the list and select a network.
Language Setting
The Language Setting allows users to select the display language (e.g., 'English (United States)') and choose an input method (e.g., 'English (US) - Android Keyboard').
Projection Setting
Projection Setting allows users to configure projection mode, keystone correction, and brightness adjustment.
Date and Time Setting
The Date and Time Setting screen enables users to configure their device's time. Options include selecting a Time Zone (e.g., 'GMT-06:00, North America Central Standard Time'), Time Format (e.g., '12-hour'), and Date Format (e.g., 'YYYY-MM-DD'). Users can also choose to automatically determine the date and time or set them manually.
Bluetooth Setting
In Bluetooth Setting, users can enable Bluetooth, click 'Refresh Device', and choose a target device to pair. The screen displays paired devices (e.g., 'ER-BS18', 'OPPO A57') and available devices for pairing.
Other Setting
Other Setting provides access to Application settings, Factory Reset settings, and Developer options.
Audio Setting
Audio Setting allows users to adjust the volume.
Signal Input
After connecting the projector to another output device, users can select HDMI or Audio/Video input sources.
Connectivity Options
Miracast (Screen Mirroring for Android)
To use Miracast, ensure your Android device (phone, tablet, etc.) is on the same local wireless LAN as the projector. Navigate to Home Screen > My Apps > Miracast, open the Miracast service, turn on phone mirroring, and then establish the connection. The screen shows 'Easy Projection' and 'Wireless Projection' options, with a list of 'Available Devices' being searched.
Airplay (Screen Mirroring for iOS)
To use Airplay, ensure your Apple device (iPhone, iPad, etc.) is on the same local wireless LAN as the projector. Navigate to Home Screen > My Apps > Airplay, open the Airplay service, turn on phone mirroring, and then establish the connection. Options include 'AirPlay Mirroring Resolution (Experimental)' and 'AirTunes Latency/Buffer' settings.
DLNA (Media Streaming)
DLNA allows for media streaming from Digital Media Servers (DMS) or Network Attached Storage (NAS). The projector supports DLNA DMR (Digital Media Renderer) and DLNA/UPnP Media streaming. It can also emulate 'Click as Touch Pen' and play media from DMS/NAS, though it indicates 'No DMS/NAS is found yet'.
