Remote Control

The remote control features the following buttons:

• 1. ON/OFF: Powers the LED strip on or off.
• 2. Reset Light: Resets the light to its default setting.
• 3. Color Temperature Adjustment: Adjusts the color temperature of the light.
• 4. Flashing Speed Control (+): Increases the speed of flashing effects.
• 5. Flashing Mode: Cycles through different flashing modes.
• 6. Brightness Control: Adjusts the brightness of the LED strip (Dimmer).
• 7. Color Temperature Selector: Selects between 'COOL DAY' and 'SOFT WARM' white light.

Installation

1. Clean the surface where the light strip will be applied.
2. Peel off the backing strip of the 3M adhesive tape, being careful not to remove the adhesive itself.
3. Press and hold the light strip firmly against the cleaned surface.
4. Remove the battery tab from the remote control's battery compartment to activate it.
5. Connect the USB cable to the USB port on a TV or a USB wall charger (a 1A charger is required but not included).

Joining LED Strip to IR Receiver/Controller

Attach the USB IR Receiver/Controller to the LED strip by lining up the arrows on both components as illustrated.

Changing the Remote Control Battery

The remote control battery is pre-installed. Remove the battery pull tab before use.

1. The battery compartment is located on the narrow side of the remote control.
2. Remove the old battery and insert a new 3V battery, type CR2025. Ensure the positive terminal (+) points upwards.
3. Replace the battery compartment cover, ensuring it locks securely in place.

For Optimal Performance

To prevent interference with your TV's remote control, place the IR receiver in a location away from the TV's own IR receiver.

Operation

1. Turn on the LED backlight by pressing the ON button on the remote control.
2. Select your desired color or effect by pressing the corresponding button on the remote control.
3. Adjust the color brightness using the brightness control buttons (increase/decrease intensity).
4. Turn off the LED backlight by pressing the OFF button.
