Set Up Your Device

1. Download the SwitchBot app and register an account. (Requires iOS 11.0+ or Android OS 5.0+)
2. Open the back of your Indoor/Outdoor Thermo-Hygrometer and remove the battery isolation tab.
3. Open the SwitchBot app, tap '+' at the top right of the home page, find the Indoor Outdoor Meter icon and select it. Follow the on-screen instructions to add your device.

Precautions

• Data transmission relies on radio signals and can be affected by physical obstructions.
• Maximum transmission distance is 100 m (109.4 yd.) in an open space without obstacles.

App Features

1. History Data: View historical temperature and humidity data. Tap on the graph to see data at specific moments.
2. Export Data: On the History Data page, tap 'Export Data' to save data as a CSV file.
3. Setting Alerts: Set temperature or humidity alerts in the app. Receive notifications when the device is within your phone's Bluetooth range.
4. SwitchBot Hub Mini Integration: Connect to a SwitchBot Hub Mini (sold separately) for additional features (requires Cloud Services to be enabled):
   • Remote Access: Monitor temperature and humidity remotely via the app.
   • Scenes: Create Scenes to automate SwitchBot devices or appliances based on temperature/humidity thresholds.
   • Voice Control: Control SwitchBot devices and appliances using voice commands with Alexa, Google Assistant, or Siri.
   • Works with IFTTT: Create IFTTT Applets for automation based on temperature/humidity triggers.

Button Functions

Button Press:

• Press and hold the button for 2s: Remove the battery isolation tab or insert new batteries.
• Press and hold the button for 15s: Reset the device.

Battery Replacement

Open the battery cover, remove old batteries, and insert 2 new AAA batteries, observing the '+' and '-' polarity. Close the battery cover and press it until it clicks.

Firmware Upgrades

Firmware updates will be released periodically to introduce new functions and fix software defects. You will receive an upgrade notification via the app. Ensure sufficient battery and maintain Bluetooth range during upgrades.

Troubleshooting

Q: I cannot see temperature or humidity data in the app remotely.

A: Remote viewing requires a SwitchBot Hub Mini (sold separately) to be connected to your Indoor/Outdoor Thermo-Hygrometer.

Q: My Indoor/Outdoor Thermo-Hygrometer has incorrect temperature or humidity readings.

A: Calibrate the device through the app. Go to Settings > Calibration and follow the instructions.
