About This Product
The Commuter Pro RT features an anti-glare beam designed to direct light precisely where needed, avoiding oncoming traffic. It is visible in daylight from up to 2km. The Bontrager Flare RT serves as a rear daytime running light for added safety. Both lights are rechargeable and can be controlled remotely when paired with the Transmitr Micro Remote.
⚠️ The front light is very bright. Do not stare at an operating front light, as it may be harmful to the eyes.
⚠️ The front light may become hot and could cause burns or damage to materials it contacts. Do not activate the light in an enclosed area.
⚠️ Do not use if the battery has been impacted. Do not puncture, crush, deform, disassemble, or heat a lithium-ion battery above the permitted temperature. Damage to the battery can result in fire, explosion, or contact with lithium dust.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Check your local lighting laws. Flashing lights and full brightness may not be permitted in all locations. These lights do not conform to the German road traffic regulation StVZO.

Caring for the Battery
- Store the light at room temperature in a dry place. Avoid moisture, or extreme hot or cold.
- Store the light in a charged condition. Battery life will decrease if stored fully discharged.
- Over time, battery run time will diminish. Expect approximately 500 full charges, depending on care. After reaching its full life, the battery will continue to charge but with reduced run time. When run time is unsatisfactory, do not open the case or incinerate; please recycle.
Traveling with the Battery
When traveling by air, verify with your carrier how lithium-ion batteries of this capacity must be treated. Often these lights need to be packed in carry-on luggage.
Protection
These lights are designed and tested for use in all riding conditions and have an ingress rating of IPX7. Lights are not intended to be stored outdoors and should be stored indoors after use.
