Before Cleaning
To improve cleaning efficiency, prepare the area:
- Tidy up cables, cords, and small, loose items.
- Remove unstable, fragile, precious, or dangerous items from the floor.
- Ensure room doors are open.
- Be aware that the robot may encounter difficulties on dark floors, carpets with fringes, thick carpets, or very light carpets.
- For optimal anti-drop sensor performance, remove items from stairs.
- When using the robot in raised areas, place a physical barrier at the edge of a drop.
- Avoid narrow spaces where the robot might get blocked.
- Ensure areas are well-illuminated for proper "3D Vision" operation.
Install the Robot
Follow these steps to set up your robot and station:
Station Placement:
- Install the Automatic Dust Collecting Station on a hard, flat floor (avoid parquet, wood, or carpet).
- Place the station against a wall in a clear space, with no stairs directly in front.
- Maintain at least 0.5 meters (approx. 1.6 feet) of clearance on each side and 1.5 meters (approx. 5 feet) in front of the station.
- Ensure the location has good Wi-Fi signal strength.
- Keep the area around the station clear of objects, reflective surfaces, mirrors, tables, and chairs.
- Avoid placing the station in direct sunlight.
- Plug in the power cable, ensuring it stays against the wall.
Robot Setup:
- Remove all protective films from the station and the robot.
- Install the side brush by gently clipping it onto the robot until you hear a click.
- Turn on the robot by pressing and holding the Power / Start / Pause button for approximately 5 seconds until the lights turn on.
- Manually place the robot against the station. The dust collection will activate automatically for a few seconds once docked.
- Allow 3-4 hours for the robot to fully charge. Ensure it is fully charged before the first cleaning.
First Cleaning and Mapping:
- During the first cleaning in a new environment, the robot will create a home map.
- To improve map accuracy, keep the "vacuum only" module installed and do not use the vibrating water tank.
- Do not lift the robot during the first cleaning, as this can prevent map creation.
- If you have carpets with fringes, place barriers around them to prevent the robot from getting stuck, which can also disrupt map creation.
- If an outdoor area (garden, balcony) is accessible with a low threshold or no threshold, close the access to prevent the robot from going outside.

- Dust Collection: Once docked, dust collection will activate automatically for a few seconds. Note that there is a minimum 5-minute interval between dust collections.
Note: During the initial relocation sequence when starting a cleaning session, the robot moves away from the station, reducing motor power and stopping mop vibration. This is normal behavior.
The Difference Between the Two Tanks
The robot requires one of the two modules to be installed to function and charge:
- "Vacuum only" module: Use this for "vacuum only" mode (without mopping).
- Water tank: Use this for "vacuum & mop" mode.
Both modules are equipped with charging contacts. The robot will not charge if no tank is installed.
Use the Robot Without the Mopping Function ("Vacuum Only" Mode)
To use the robot for vacuuming only:
- Install the "vacuum only" module at the back of the robot. Ensure it is correctly installed by listening for a click sound.
- Start cleaning using the Start button or the app.
- Keep the "vacuum only" module installed when not using the mopping function.
Use the Robot with the Mopping Function ("Vacuum & Mop" Mode)
Follow these steps for combined vacuuming and mopping:
Mop Types:
- Washable grey mop: For standard use.
- Washable blue scrubbing mop: For hard stains.
- Washable green microfiber mop: For dry dusting or light cleaning without water.
Water Tank Preparation:
- Open the stopper of the water tank and fill it with clean water. Do not use hot water.
- Warning: Do not add cleaning agents to the water tank, as this may clog the pipes and impair function.
- Moisten the mop cloth with water before use, unless using the green microfiber mop.
- Attach the mop to the vibrating mop bracket.
Installing the Water Tank:
- Unclip the "vacuum only" module by pressing its latch and pulling it out.
- Take the water tank and clip it at the back of the robot until you hear a click sound.
- Press the Start button or use the app to begin cleaning. The vibrating mop bracket will activate automatically with a left-to-right motion.
Carpet and Zone Management:
- Warning: Do not use the mopping function on carpets.
- To avoid mopping carpets, you can set "no mop zones" in the app. Navigate to "Customize your floor" > "Zones" > "No mop zones", then define and save the zones. The robot will not clean in these areas when the water tank is installed.
After Cleaning:
- Unclip the water tank by pressing the latch and pulling it out.
- Empty any remaining water from the tank.
- Remove the dirty mop cloth. Wash it under water or in a washing machine and let it air dry for 24 hours. Replace the mop cloth after approximately 100 washes.
- Install the "vacuum only" module for charging the robot.
Information about 3D Vision
Scan the provided QR code for more information on the robot's artificial intelligence features.
The robot's 3D Vision system can detect and avoid small obstacles (minimum size approximately 3 cm x 3 cm x 3 cm) on its cleaning path, reducing the risk of getting stuck.
- The robot can recognize certain objects. When an object is detected and avoided, a corresponding icon appears on the app. A generic icon is displayed for unrecognized items.
- Limitations: Black, transparent, and reflective objects may not be detected.
Maintain the Robot and Its Accessories
Always switch off the robot (hold Start button for 5 seconds) and unplug the station before performing maintenance.
Weekly Maintenance:
- Clean Sensors: Wipe the robot's sensors (front, top, back, bottom) and the station's sensors and charging contacts with a clean, soft, dry cloth. Wipe the two buttons on top of the robot.
- Clean Dust Box: After each use, the robot automatically empties the dust box. However, some residue may remain. Open the flip cover, lift the dust box by its handle, push the side latch to open, empty the dirt, and close the box. Clean the dust box hinges if the flip cover does not open/close properly.
- Clean Filter: Remove the filter using its handle. Use the brush part of the cleaning tool to clean the filter. The filter and dust box can be washed under water; allow them to air dry for 24 hours. Never use the robot without the pleated filter, as it can damage the robot.
- Clean Main Brush: Turn the robot upside down. Press the latches of the brush cover, remove it, and take out the main brush. Remove tangled hair from the brush using the blade on the cleaning tool. Reinstall the brush and cover until they click.
- Clean Side Brush: Turn the robot upside down. Grip the side brush by its plastic parts and pull to unclip it (do not pull the bristles). Remove tangled hair. Re-install the side brush by clipping it until it clicks.
Monthly Maintenance:
- Clean Wheels: Turn the robot upside down and clean the wheels to remove any tangled hair or dirt.
