Für Gehrungsschnitte in Holz, Kunststoff. Zum präzisen Gehrungsschneiden von Leisten, Paneelen, Bilderrahmen, Kabelkanälen, etc. Das Produkt ist nicht für den gewerblichen Einsatz bestimmt.

Allgemeine Sicherheitshinweise für Gehrungssägen
Das Sägeblatt ist bruchanfällig. Gehen Sie beim Umgang mit der Doppelgehrungssäge äußerst vorsichtig vor. Überprüfen Sie das Sägeblatt vor dem Gebrauch auf Beschädigungen.
m VERLETZUNGSGEFAHR!
Verwenden Sie das Produkt nur auf harten und ebenen Oberflächen. Verwenden Sie das Produkt nicht auf einer rutschigen Oberfläche. Überprüfen Sie das Produkt vor jedem Gebrauch auf Anzeichen von Beschädigungen oder Abnutzung. Das Produkt darf nur verwendet werden, wenn es keine Anzeichen von Schäden aufweist.
Montage
1. Entfernen Sie das gesamte Verpackungsmaterial vom Produkt und legen Sie die Einzelteile auf eine saubere und ebene Fläche.
2. Befestigen Sie die beiden Sockel [2] mithilfe des Sechskantschlüssels [8] mit der Sechskantschraube [6] und der Unterlegscheibe [16] unter der Sägeblattführung [1], wie in Abb. [A] gezeigt.
3. Befestigen Sie die vier Kunststofffüße [10] mithilfe eines PH2-Schraubendrehers mit einer Unterlegscheibe [16] und einer PH2Schraube [17] an den vier Ecken an der Unterseite des Sockels [2], wie in Abb. [B] gezeigt. Verfahren Sie auf die gleiche Weise mit dem anderen Sockel.
4. Befestigen Sie den Einstellhebel [3] mit dem Metallstift [4] unter der Sägeblattführung [1] und ziehen Sie die beiden Sechskantschrauben an der Sägeblattführung [1] fest, um sicherzustellen, dass der Metallstift [4] fest fixiert ist, wie in Abb. [C] gezeigt.
5. Befestigen Sie den Zeiger [5] am Einstellhebel [3] mithilfe des Sechskantschlüssels [8] mit der Sechskantschraube [18], wie in Abb. [D] gezeigt.
6. Befestigen Sie die beiden Aufspannplatten [13] an der Oberseite der Sägeblattführung [1] auf jeder Seite mit einer PH2-Senkkopfschraube [15] an der Vorderseite der Aufspannplatten [13]. Setzen Sie die Unterlegscheibe [16] und die Flügelmutter [19] wie in Abb. dargestellt auf die Rückseite der Sägeblattführung [1].
7. Montieren Sie die Führungsstange [11]. Setzen Sie die Feder [22] in das untere Loch der Führungsstange [11] ein, das sich auf der Innenseite zwischen dem Einstellhebel [3] und der Führungsstange [11] befindet, wie in Abb. dargestellt. Der Vierkantbolzen [20] wird durch den Einstellhebel [3] in das obere Loch der Führungsstange [11] geführt. Befestigen Sie die Unterlegscheibe [21] und die Flügelmutter [23] von der Außenseite der Führungsstange [11]. Wiederholen Sie diesen Schritt, um eine weitere Führungsstange [11] anzubringen.

8. Montieren Sie den Höhenversteller [12] an der Führungsstange [11], wie in Abb. [G] gezeigt. Wiederholen Sie diesen Schritt an der anderen Führungsstange.
9. Befestigen Sie die Materialklemme mit verstellbarem Längenanschlag [9] horizontal oder vertikal an der Sägeblattführung [1], indem Sie die Schraubenmutter [24] anbringen, wie in Abb. [H] gezeigt.
10. Befestigen Sie die Materialklemme [7] mit der Schraubenmutter [24] an der Sägeblattführung [1], wie in Abb. [FI] gezeigt.
11. Bringen Sie vor dem Zusammenbau den Papierklingenschutz an. Entfernen Sie den an der Säge [14] angebrachten Papierklingenschutz. Setzen Sie die Säge [14] durch die Führungsstange [11] ein, wie in Abb. [J] dargestellt. Achten Sie darauf, dass die Löcher der Kunststoffführung an der Säge mit der Führungsstange [11] ausgerichtet sind.
12. Montieren Sie das Produkt am Arbeitsplatz, falls erforderlich. Entfernen Sie alle Kunststofffüße [10]. Befestigen Sie das Produkt vor dem Sägen mit 4 Schrauben [25] am Arbeitsplatz, wie in Abb. [K] dargestellt.
Verwendung der Gehrungssäge
1. Heben Sie den Griff des Sägeblatts [14] an und legen Sie das Werkstück unter die Säge.
2. Spannen Sie das Material mit der Materialklemme [7] fest, um zu verhindern, dass sich das Werkstück bewegt.
3. Stellen Sie die Schnittlänge des Werkstücks mit der Materialklemme mit verstellbarem Längenanschlag [9] ein.
4. Wie in Abb. [M] gezeigt, schneiden Sie verschiedene Formen, indem Sie den Winkel anpassen. Wie in Abb. gezeigt, heben Sie den Griff des Einstellhebels [3] an und schieben ihn nach links oder rechts, um den Schnittwinkel einzustellen.
5. Ziehen Sie den Griff des Sägeblatts [14] zum Sägen nach vorne und hinten.
6. Entfernen Sie die beiden Höhenversteller [12], wenn Sie im 45°-Winkel sägen, wie in Abb. dargestellt. Montieren Sie die beiden Höhenversteller [12], wenn Sie im 90°-Winkel sägen, wie in Abb. dargestellt.
7. Der Sägevorgang muss horizontal erfolgen, wie in Abb. [N] dargestellt.
Wartung
Prüfen Sie regelmäßig, ob alle Schraubverbindungen fest sitzen und ziehen Sie sie gegebenenfalls nach.
Lagerung und Reinigung
Lagern Sie das Produkt immer an einem sauberen und trockenen Ort bei Raumtemperatur, wenn Sie es nicht benutzen. Reinigen Sie das Produkt mit Wasser und einem milden Reinigungsmittel und trocknen Sie es dann mit einem Reinigungstuch ab. WICHTIG! Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung des Produkts niemals scharfe Reinigungsmittel.
Entsorgung
Die Verpackung besteht aus umweltfreundlichen Materialien, die Sie über die örtlichen Recyclingstellen entsorgen können.

Das Produkt inkl. Zubehör, die Anleitung und die Verpackungsmaterialien sind recyclebar und unterliegen einer erweiterten Herstellerverantwortung. General safety instructions for mitre saw
Saw blade is prone to breakage. Exercise extreme care when handling double mitre blade. Check blade for damages before use.
m RISK OF INJURY!
Only use the product on hard level surfaces. Do not use the product on a slippery surface. Check the product for signs of damage or wear before each use. The product must only be used if there are no signs of damage.
Assembly
1. Remove all packaging material from the product and place the individual parts on a clean and level surface.
2. Fix the two bases [2] under the saw blade guide [1] with hex bolt screw [6] and washer [16] by using hex wrench [8] as shown in Fig. [A].
3. Fix four plastic foot [10] on the four corners under the base [2] with washer [16] and PH2 screw [17] by using PH2 screwdriver as shown in Fig. [B]. Make the same on the other base.
4. Fix the adjustment lever [3] under the saw blade guide [1] with metal pin [4] and tighten the two hex screws on saw blade guide [1] to make sure metal pin [4] are installed firmly as shown in Fig. [C].
5. Install the pointer [5] to the adjustment lever [3] with hex bolt screw [18] by using hex wrench [8] as shown in Fig. [D].
6. Fix the two backing plates [13] on the top of saw blade guide [1] on each side with PH2 countersunk screw [15] at the front side of backing plates [13]. Put washer [16] and wing nut [19] at the back side of saw blade guide [1] as shown in Fig. .
7. Install the guide rod [11]. Put the spring [22] in the lower hole of guide rod [11] which is inner side between Adjustment lever [3] and the guide rod [11] as shown in Fig. . The rectangular bolt [20] pass through the adjustment lever [3] to the upper hole of the guide rod [11]. Fix the washer [21] and wing nut [23] from the outside of the guide rod [11]. Repeat the same procedure to complete another guide rod [11].
8. Install the height adjuster [12] to the guide rod [11] as shown in Fig. [G]. Repeat the same procedure to another guide rod.
9. Fix Material clamp with adjustable length stop [9] horizontally or vertically to the saw blade guide [1] by fixing the screw nut [24] as shown in Fig. [H].
10. Fix material clamp [7] to the saw blade guide [1] by fixing the screw nut [24] as shown in Fig. [I].
11. Include paper blade protector before assembly. Remove the paper blade protection attached on the saw [14]. Install the saw [14] through the guide rod [11] as shown in Fig. [J]. Make sure the holes on the plastic guide on the saw go through the guide rod [11].
12. Mounting the product on the workplace if necessary. Remove all plastic foot [10]. Mounting the product on the workplace by 4 screws [25] before sawing as shown in Fig. [K].

Use the mitre saw
1. Lift the handle of of saw blade [14], put the workpiece under the saw.
2. Clamp the material to prevent any movement of workpiece by material clamp [7].
3. Adjust the cutting length of workpiece by material clamp adjustable length stop [9].
4. As shown in Fig. [M], cut the different shape by adjusting the angle. As shown in Fig. , lift the handle of adjustment lever [3] and shift left or right to adjust cutting angle.
5. Pull the handle of saw blade [14] backward and forward for sawing.
6. Remove 2 pcs height adjusters [12] when sawing 45°, as shown in Fig. . Install 2 pcs height adjusters [12] when sawing 90° as shown in Fig. .
7. Sawing action must be horizontal, as shown in Fig. [N].
Maintenance
Regularly check that all screw connections are tight and retighten them if necessary.
Storage and cleaning
Always store the product in a clean and dry place at room temperature when not in use. Clean the product with water and a mild detergent, and then wipe it dry with a cleaning cloth. IMPORTANT! Never use strong detergents to clean the product.

Instructions de sécurité générales pour la scie à onglet
La lame de scie est susceptible de se casser. Faites preuve d'une extrême prudence lorsque vous manipulez la double lame à onglets. Vérifiez que la lame n'est pas endommagée avant de l'utiliser.
m RISQUE DE BLESSURE !
N'utilisez le produit que sur des surfaces solides et horizontales. N'utilisez pas le produit sur une surface glissante. Vérifiez que le produit n'est pas endommagé ou usé avant chaque utilisation. Le produit ne doit être utilisé que s'il ne présente aucun signe de détérioration.
Assemblage
1. Retirez tous les matériaux d'emballage du produit et posez les différentes pièces sur une surface propre et plane.
2. Fixez les deux bases [2] sous le guide de la lame de scie [1] avec la vis six pans [6] et la rondelle [16] à l'aide de la clé six pans [8] comme indiqué sur la figure [A].
3. Fixez les quatre pieds en plastique [10] aux quatre coins sous le base [2] avec une rondelle [16] et une vis PH2 [17] à l'aide d'un tournevis PH2 comme indiqué sur la figure [B]. Faites de même avec l'autre socle.
4. Fixez le levier de réglage [3] sous le guide de la lame de scie [1] avec les tiges métalliques [4] et serrez les deux vis six pans du guide de la lame [1] pour que les tiges métalliques [4] soient installées correctement comme indiqué sur la figure [C].
5. Installez le pointeur [5] au levier de réglage [3] avec la vis six pans [18] à l'aide de la clé six pans [8] comme indiqué sur la figure [D].
6. Fixez les deux plaques d`appui [13] sur le dessus du guide de la lame de scie [1] de chaque côté avec une vis plate PH2 [15] sur l'avant des plaques d'appui [13]. Placez la rondelle [16] et l'écrou papillon [19] à l`arrière du guide de la lame de scie [1] comme indiqué sur la figure .
7. Installation de la tige de guidage [11]. Placez le ressort [22] dans le trou inférieur de la tige de guidage [11], sur le côté intérieur, entre le levier de réglage [3] et la tige de guidage [11], comme indiqué sur la figure . Le boulon rectangulaire [20] passe à travers le levier de réglage [3] vers le trou supérieur de la tige de guidage [11]. Fixez la rondelle [21] et l'écrou papillon [23] à partir de l'extérieur de la tige de guidage [11]. Effectuez la même procédure pour monter une autre tige de guidage [11].
8. Installez la vis de réglage de la hauteur [12] à la tige de guidage [11] comme indiqué à la figure [G]. Effectuez la même procédure pour l'autre tige de guidage.

9. Fixez la pince à matériaux avec butée de longueur réglable [9] horizontalement ou verticalement au guide de la lame de scie [1] en fixant l'écrou [24] comme indiqué sur la figure [H].
10. Fixez la pince à matériaux [7] au guide de la lame de scie [1] en fixant l`écrou [24] comme indiqué sur la figure [I].
11. Une protection de lame en papier est placée sur la scie. Retirez la protection en papier montée sur la scie [14]. Installez la scie [14] à travers la tige de guidage [11] comme indiqué sur la figure [J]. Veillez à ce que les trous du guide en plastique de la scie passent à travers la tige de guidage [11].
12. Montage du produit sur un établi le cas échéant. Retirez tous les pieds en plastique [10]. Montez le produit sur l'établi en vissant 4 vis [25] avant de scier, comme montré sur la figure [K].
Utilisation de la scie à onglet
1. Soulevez la poignée de la lame de scie [14] et placez la pièce sous la scie.
2. Bloquez le matériau pour empêcher tout mouvement de la pièce à l`aide de la pince à matériaux [7].
3. Réglez la longueur de coupe de la pièce à l`aide de la butée de longueur réglable de la pince à matériaux [9].
4. Comme indiqué sur la figure [M], réalisez des coupes de différentes formes en ajustant l'angle de coupe. Comme indiqué sur la figure , soulevez la poignée du levier de réglage [3] et déplacez-la vers la gauche ou la droite pour régler l`angle de coupe.
5. Tirez la poignée de la lame de scie [14] vers l`arrière et vers l`avant pour scier.
6. Retirez 2 vis de réglage de la hauteur [12] pour une coupe à 45°, comme indiqué sur la figure . Installez 2 vis de réglage de la hauteur [12] pour une coupe à 90°, comme indiqué sur la figure .
7. Le sciage doit être effectué dans un mouvement horizontal, comme montré sur la figure [N].
Entretien
Vérifiez régulièrement que toutes les vis sont bien serrées et resserrez-les si nécessaire.
Stockage et nettoyage
Stockez toujours le produit dans un endroit propre et sec à température ambiante lorsqu'il n'est pas utilisé. Nettoyez le produit avec de l'eau et un détergent doux, puis essuyez-le avec un chiffon. IMPORTANT ! N'utilisez jamais de détergents puissants pour nettoyer le produit.
Mise au rebut
L'emballage se compose de matières recyclables pouvant être mises au rebut dans les déchetteries locales.
Veuillez respecter l`identification des matériaux d`emballage pour le tri sélectif, ils sont identifiés avec des abbréviations (a) et des chiffres (b) ayant la signification suivante: 17: plastiques/ 20 22: papiers et cartons/ 8098: matériaux composite.

Garantie
Article L217-16 du Code de la consommation Lorsque l`acheteur demande au vendeur, pendant le cours de la garantie commerciale qui lui a été consentie lors de l`acquisition ou de la réparation d`un bien meuble, une remise en état couverte par la garantie, toute période d`immobilisation d`au moins sept jours vient s`ajouter à la durée de la garantie qui restait à courir. Les pièces détachées indispensables à l'utilisation du produit sont disponibles pendant la durée de la garantie du produit.
Le produit a été fabriqué selon des critères de qualité stricts, et contrôlé consciencieusement avant sa livraison. En cas de défaut de matériau ou de fabrication, vous avez des droits légaux vis-à-vis du vendeur du produit. Vos droits légaux ne sont en aucun cas limités par notre garantie mentionnée ci-dessous.

Algemene veiligheidsinstructies voor verstekzagen
Het zaagblad kan breken. Wees uiterst voorzichtig bij het hanteren van de dubbele verstekzaag. Controleer het zaagblad op beschadigingen voor gebruik.

Gebruik het product alleen op een harde en effen ondergrond. Gebruik het product niet op een gladde ondergrond. Controleer het product voor elk gebruik op beschadiging of slijtage. Gebruik het product alleen wanneer geen beschadiging te zien is.
Montage
1. Verwijder alle verpakkingsmateriaal van het product en leg de afzonderlijke onderdelen op een schoon en vlak oppervlak.
2. Maak de twee voetstukken [2] onder de zaagbladgeleider [1] vast met een zeskantbout [6] en sluitring [16] met behulp van de inbussleutel [8], zoals weergegeven in Afb. [A].
3. Maak de vier kunststof voetjes [10] op de vier hoeken onder het voetstuk [2] vast met een sluitring [16] en PH2 schroef [17] met behulp van een PH2 schroevendraaier, zoals weergegeven in Afb. [B]." Doe hetzelfde voor het ander voetstuk.
4. Bevestig de verstelhendel [3] onder de zaagbladgeleider [1] met de metalen pin [4] en draai de twee zeskantschroeven vast op de zaagbladgeleider [1] om ervoor te zorgen dat de metalen pin [4] stevig is vastgemaakt, zoals weergegeven in Afb. [C].
5. Maak de aanwijzer [5] op de verstelhendel [3] vast met een zeskantbout [18] met behulp van de inbussleutel [8], zoals weergegeven in Afb. [D].
6. Bevestig de twee steunplaten [13] aan weerskanten aan de bovenkant van de zaagbladgeleider [1] met een PH2 verzonken schroef [15] aan de voorkant van de steunplaten [13]. Plaats de sluitring [16] en de vleugelmoer [19] aan de achterkant van de zaagbladgeleider [1], zoals weergegeven in Afb. .
7. Installeer de geleidestang [11] Plaats de veer [22] in het onderste gat van de geleidestang [11], die zich aan de binnenkant bevindt tussen de verstelhendel [3] en de geleidestang [11], zoals weergegeven in Fig. . De rechthoekige bout [20] gaat door de verstelhendel [3] naar het bovenste gat van de geleidestang [11]. Bevestig de sluitring [21] en de vleugelmoer [23] vanaf de buitenkant van de geleidestang [11]. Herhaal dezelfde procedure om de andere geleidestang [11] te voltooien.

8. Installeer de hoogteregelaar [12] op de geleidestang [11], zoals weergegeven in Afb. [G]. Herhaal dezelfde procedure voor de andere geleidestang.
9. Bevestig de materiaalklem met verstelbare lengteaanslag [9] horizontaal of verticaal aan de zaagbladgeleider [1] door de schroefmoer [24] vast te draaien, zoals weergegeven in Afb. [H].
10. Bevestig de materiaalklem [7] aan de zaagbladgeleider [1] door de schroefmoer [24] vast te draaien, zoals weergegeven in Afb. [I].
11. Plaats de papieren mesbeschermer vóór montage. Verwijder de papieren mesbeschermer die op de zaag [14] is bevestigd. Installeer de zaag [14] door de geleidestang [11], zoals weergegeven in Afb. [J]. Zorg ervoor dat de gaten in de kunststof geleider van de zaag door de geleidestang [11] gaan.
12. Monteer het product op de werkplek indien nodig. Verwijder alle kunststof voetjes [10]. Monteer het product op de werkplek met 4 schroeven [25] vóór het zagen, zoals weergegeven in Afb. [K].
De verstekzaag gebruiken
1. Breng de hendel van het zaagblad [14] omhoog en plaats het werkstuk onder de zaag.
2. Klem het materiaal vast om beweging van het werkstuk te voorkomen met behulp van de materiaalklem [7].
3. Stel de zaaglengte van het werkstuk in met behulp van de materiaalklem met verstelbare lengteaanslag [9].
4. Zoals weergegeven in Afb. [M], zaag verschillende vormen door de hoek aan te passen. Zoals weergegeven in Afb. , breng de greep van de verstelhendel [3] omhoog en schuif die naar links of rechts om de zaaghoek aan te passen.
5. Trek de hendel van het zaagblad [14] naar voren en achteren om te zagen.
6. Verwijder 2 hoogteregelaar [12] bij het zagen tegen 45°, zoals weergegeven in Afb. . Installeer 2 hoogteregelaar [12] bij het zagen tegen 90°, zoals weergegeven in Afb. .
7. De zaagbeweging moet horizontaal zijn, zoals weergegeven in Afb. [N].
Onderhoud
Controleer regelmatig of alle schroefverbindingen stevig zijn vastgemaakt en draai ze indien nodig opnieuw vast.
Gebruik en reiniging
Berg het product altijd op in een schone en droge ruimte bij kamertemperatuur wanneer niet in gebruik. Reinig het product met water en een mild schoonmaakmiddel, en veeg het vervolgens droog met een schoonmaakdoek. BELANGRIJK! Maak het product nooit schoon met een agressief schoonmaakmiddel.
Afvoer
De verpakking bestaat uit milieuvriendelijke grondstoffen die u via de plaatselijke recyclingcontainers kunt afvoeren.

Výrobok pouzívajte len na tvrdých rovných povrchoch. Nepouzívajte výrobok na klzkom povrchu. Pred kazdým pouzitím skontrolujte, ci výrobok nevykazuje známky poskodenia alebo opotrebovania. Výrobok sa smie pouzíva len vtedy, ak nemá známky poskodenia.
Montáz
1. Odstráte z výrobku vsetok obalový materiál a jednotlivé casti polozte na cistý a rovný povrch.

4. Upevnite nastavovaciu páku [3] pod vedenie pílového kotúca [1] kovovým kolíkom [4] a utiahnite dve seshranné skrutky na vedení pílového kotúca [1], aby ste sa uistili, ze kovový kolík [4] je pevne nainstalovaný, ako je znázornené na obr. [C].
5. Namontujte ukazovate [5] na nastavovaciu páku [3] pomocou seshrannej skrutky [18] pomocou seshranného kúca [8], ako je znázornené na obr. [D].
6. Pripevnite dve podkladové dosky [13] na hornú cas vedenia pílového kotúca [1] na kazdej strane pomocou skrutky so zapustenou hlavou PH2 [15] na prednej strane podkladových dosiek [13]. 7. Nainstalujte vodiacu tyc [11]. Vlozte pruzinu [22] do spodného otvoru vodiacej tyce [11], ktorý je na vnútornej strane medzi nastavovacou pákou [3] a vodiacou tycou [11], ako je znázornené na obr. . 9. Upevnite materiálovú svorku s nastaviteným dzkovým dorazom [9] vodorovne alebo zvisle na vodidlo pílového kotúca [1] pomocou skrutkovej matice [24], ako je znázornené na obr. [H].
10. Pripevnite svorku na materiál [7] k vedeniu pílového kotúca [1] upevnením skrutkovej matice [24], ako je znázornené na obr. [I].

11. Pred montázou prilozte papierový chránic kotúca. Odstráte papierový chránic kotúca pripevnený na píle [14]. Namontujte pílu [14] cez vodiacu tyc [11], ako je znázornené na obr. [J]. Uistite sa, ze otvory na plastovom vodidle píly prechádzajú cez vodiacu tyc [11].
12. Montáz výrobku na pracovisko, ak je to potrebné. Odstráte vsetky plastové pätky [10]. Montáz výrobku na pracovisko pomocou 4 skrutiek [25] pred rezaním poda obr. [K].
Pouzívanie pokosovej píly
1. Zdvihnite rukovä pílového kotúca [14], polozte obrobok pod pílu.
2. Upnite materiál, aby ste zabránili akémukovek pohybu obrobku pomocou svorky na materiál [7].
3. Nastavte dzku rezu obrobku pomocou nastaviteného dzkového dorazu [9].
4. Ako je znázornené na obr. [M], vyrezte rôzny tvar nastavením uhla. Ako je znázornené na obr. , zdvihnite rukovä nastavovacej páky [3] a posunutím doava alebo doprava nastavte uhol rezu.
5. Pri pílení ahajte rukovä pílového kotúca [14] dozadu a dopredu.
6. Pri pílení pod uhlom 45° odstráte 2 ks nastavovacov výsky [12], ako je znázornené na obr. . Pri rezaní pod uhlom 90° nainstalujte 2 ks nastavovacov výsky [12], ako je znázornené na obr. .

Údrzba
Pravidelne kontrolujte tesnos vsetkých skrutkových spojov a v prípade potreby ich dotiahnite.
Skladovanie a cistenie
Ak výrobok nepouzívate, vzdy ho skladujte na cistom a suchom mieste pri izbovej teplote.

Instrucciones generales de seguridad para la sierra ingletadora
La hoja de sierra es propensa a romperse. Extreme las precauciones al manipular la hoja de inglete doble. Compruebe que la cuchilla no esté dañada antes de usarla.

Utilice el producto únicamente en superficies duras y planas. No utilice el producto sobre una superficie resbaladiza. Compruebe si el producto presenta signos de deterioro o desgaste antes de cada uso. El producto sólo debe utilizarse si no presenta signos de deterioro.
Montaje
1. Retire todo el material de embalaje del producto y coloque las piezas individuales sobre una superficie limpia y nivelada.
2. Fije las dos bases [2] debajo de la guía de la hoja de sierra [1] con un perno hexagonal [6] y una arandela [16] usando una llave hexagonal [8] como se muestra en la Fig. [A].
3. Fije las cuatro patas de plástico [10] en las cuatro esquinas debajo de la base [2] con la arandela [16] y el tornillo PH2 [17] usando un destornillador PH2 como se muestra en la Fig. [B]. Haga lo mismo en la otra base.
4. Fije la palanca de ajuste [3] debajo de la guía de la hoja de sierra [1] con el pasador de metal [4] y apriete los dos tornillos hexagonales en la guía de la hoja de sierra [1] para asegurarse de que el pasador de metal [4] esté instalado firmemente como se muestra en la Fig. [C].
5. Instale el puntero [5] en la palanca de ajuste [3] con el perno hexagonal [18] usando una llave hexagonal [8] como se muestra en la Fig. [D].
6. Fije las dos placas de apoyo [13] en la parte superior de la guía de la hoja de sierra [1] en cada lado con el tornillo avellanado PH2 [15] en la parte frontal de las placas de apoyo [13]. Coloque la arandela [16] y la tuerca de mariposa [19] en la parte posterior de la guía de la hoja de sierra [1] como se muestra en la Fig. .
7. Instale la varilla guía [11]. Coloque el resorte [22] en el orificio inferior de la varilla guía [11] que está en el lado interior entre la palanca de ajuste [3] y la varilla guía [11] como se muestra en la Fig. . El perno rectangular [20] pasa a través de la palanca de ajuste [3] hasta el orificio superior de la varilla guía [11]. 9. Fije la abrazadera del material con tope de longitud ajustable [9] horizontal o verticalmente a la guía de la hoja de sierra [1] fijando la tuerca [24] como se muestra en la Fig. [H].
10. Fije la abrazadera del material [7] a la guía de la hoja de sierra [1] fijando la tuerca [24] como se muestra en la Fig. [I].

11. Incluya protector de hoja de papel antes del montaje. Retire la protección de hoja de papel colocada en la sierra [14]. Instale la sierra [14] a través de la varilla guía [11] como se muestra en la Fig. [J]. Asegúrese de que los orificios de la guía de plástico de la sierra pasen por la varilla guía [11].
12. Montaje del producto en el lugar de trabajo si es necesario. Retire todos los pies de plástico [10]. Monte el producto en el lugar de trabajo con 4 tornillos [25] antes de cortar como se muestra en la Fig. [K].
Uso de la ingletadora
1. Levante el mango de la hoja de sierra [14], coloque la pieza de trabajo debajo de la sierra.
2. Sujete el material para evitar cualquier movimiento de la pieza de trabajo mediante la abrazadera de material [7].
3. Ajuste la longitud de corte de la pieza de trabajo mediante el tope de longitud ajustable de la abrazadera del material [9].
4. Como se muestra en la Fig. [M], corte la forma diferente ajustando el ángulo. Como se muestra en la Fig. , levante el mango de la palanca de ajuste [3] y muévala hacia la izquierda o hacia la derecha para ajustar el ángulo de corte.
5. Tire de la empuñadura de la hoja de sierra [14] hacia adelante y hacia atrás para serrar.
6. Retire los 2 ajustadores de altura [12] cuando corte 45°, como se muestra en la Fig. . Instale 2 ajustadores de altura [12] cuando corte 90° como se muestra en la Fig. .
7. La acción de aserrado debe ser horizontal, como se muestra en la Fig. [N].
Mantenimiento
Compruebe periódicamente que todas las uniones atornilladas están bien apretadas y vuelva a apretarlas si es necesario.
Almacenamiento y limpieza
Guarde siempre el producto en un lugar limpio y seco a temperatura ambiente cuando no lo utilice. Limpie el producto con agua y un detergente suave y, a continuación, séquelo con un paño de limpieza. ¡IMPORTANTE! No utilice nunca detergentes fuertes para limpiar el producto.

La lama può rompersi. Prestare particolare attenzione durante l'uso della lama. Prima dell'uso, verificare che la lama non sia danneggiata.

Usare il prodotto esclusivamente su una superficie solida e a livello. Non usare il prodotto su superfici scivolose. Prima di ogni utilizzo, ispezionare il prodotto per assicurarsi che non sia usurato o danneggiato. Il prodotto può essere utilizzato esclusivamente se non presenta segni di danneggiamento.
Assemblaggio
1. Rimuovere tutti i materiali di imballaggio dal prodotto e posizionare i singoli componenti su una superficie pulita e a livello.
2. Fissare le due basi [2] sotto la guida della lama [1] con i bulloni esagonali [6] e le rondelle [16] usando la chiave esagonale [8], come illustrato in Fig. [A].
3. Fissare quattro piedini in plastica [10] agli angoli della parte inferiore di una base [2] con le rondelle [16] e le viti PH2 [17] usando un cacciavite PH2, come illustrato in Fig. [B]. Ripetere l`operazione con l`altra base.
4. Fissare la leva di regolazione [3] sotto la guida della lama [1] con il perno metallico [4]. Serrare le due viti esagonali sulla guida della lama [1] per assicurarsi che il perno metallico [4] sia installato saldamente, come illustrato in Fig. [C].
5. Installare l`indicatore [5] sulla leva di regolazione [3] con il bullone esagonale [18] usando la chiave esagonale [8], come illustrato in Fig. [D].
6. Fissare le due piastre posteriori [13] sulla parte superiore della guida della lama [1], da ciascun lato, con le viti a testa svasata PH2 [15] dal lato anteriore delle piastre posteriori [13]. Posizionare le rondelle [16] e i dadi a farfalla [19] sul retro della guida della lama [1] come illustrato in Fig. .
7. Installare l`asta guida [11]. Inserire la molla [22] nel foro inferiore dell`asta guida [11], situato nel lato interno tra la leva di regolazione [3] e l`asta guida [11], come illustrato in Fig. . Inserire il bullone rettangolare [20] attraverso la leva di regolazione [3] fino al foro superiore dell`asta guida [11]. Fissare una rondella [21] un dado a farfalla [23] dalla parte esterna dell`asta guida [11]. Ripetere l`operazione con la seconda asta guida [11].
8. Installare il dispositivo di regolazione dell`altezza [12] su un`asta guida [11] come illustrato in Fig. [G]. Ripetere l`operazione con la seconda asta guida.
9. Fissare la morsa di bloccaggio del materiale con limitatore di profondità regolabile [9] in orizzontale o verticale sulla guida della lama [1] con il dado [24], come illustrato in Fig. [H].
10. Fissare la morsa di bloccaggio del materiale [7] sulla guida della lama [1] con il dado [24], come illustrato in Fig. [I].

11. Installare il coprilama prima dell`assemblaggio. Rimuovere il coprilama fissato sulla lama [14] Infilare la lama [14] tra le aste guida [11] come illustrato in Fig. [J]. Assicurarsi che le aste guida [11] passino attraverso gli anelli sulla guida in plastica della lama.
12. Fissare il prodotto a un banco di lavoro, se necessario. Rimuovere tutti i piedini in plastica [10]. Fissare il prodotto al banco di lavoro usando 4 viti [25], come illustrato in Fig. [K], prima di iniziare il lavoro.
Utilizzo della troncatrice
1. Sollevare l`impugnatura della lama [14] e posizionare il materiale sotto di essa.
2. Bloccare il materiale con la morsa [7] per evitare che possa muoversi.
3. Regolare la lunghezza di taglio con il limitatore di profondità della morsa di bloccaggio [9].
4. Come illustrato in Fig. [M], è possibile praticare tagli di diverse forme regolando l`angolazione. Come illustrato in Fig. , sollevare l`impugnatura della leva di regolazione [3] e muoverla verso destra o sinistra per impostare l`angolo di taglio.
5. Muovere l`impugnatura della lama [14] in avanti e all`indietro per tagliare il materiale.
6. Rimuovere i 2 dispositivi di regolazione dell`altezza [12] durante i tagli a 45°, come illustrato in Fig. . Installare i 2 dispositivi di regolazione dell`altezza [12] durante i tagli a 90°, come illustrato in Fig. .
7. Il movimento di taglio deve essere orizzontale, come illustrato in Fig. [N].
Manutenzione
Verificare regolarmente che tutti i dispositivi di collegamento siano saldi e serrarli se necessario.
Conservazione e pulizia
Quando il prodotto non è in uso, conservarlo a temperatura ambiente in un luogo pulito e asciutto. Pulire il prodotto con acqua e del detergente delicato, quindi asciugarlo con un panno asciutto. IMPORTANTE! Non usare detergenti aggressivi per pulire il prodotto.
Smaltimento
L'imballaggio è composto da materiali ecologici che possono essere smaltiti presso i siti di raccolta locali per il riciclo.

A gérvágó frészre vonatkozó általános biztonsági utasítások
A frészlap hajlamos eltörni. Különös óvatossággal járjon el, amikor dupla gérvágó pengét használ. Használat eltt ellenrizze pengét, hogy nem sérült-e.
m SÉRÜLÉSVESZÉLY!
A terméket csak ers, egyenletes felületre helyezze. Ne használja be terméket csúszós felületen. Minden használat eltt ellenrizze a terméket sérülések vagy kopás jeleinek szempontjából. A terméket csak akkor szabad használni, ha nincs rajta sérülés jele.
Összeszerelés
1. Távolítson el minden csomagolóanyagot a termékrl, és helyezze az egyes alkatrészeket tiszta, vízszintes felületre.
2. Rögzítse a két alapot [2] a frészpenge vezet [1] alá hatlapfej csavarral [6] és alátéttel [16] imbuszkulcs [8] segítségével az [A] ábrán látható módon.
3. Rögzítsen négy manyag lábat [10] az alap [2] négy sarkához alátéttel [16] és PH2 csavarral [17] a PH2 csavarhúzó segítségével a [B] ábrán látható módon. Ismételje meg ugyanezt a másik alappal.
4. Rögzítse a beállítókart [3] a frészpenge vezet [1] alá fém csappal [4], és húzza meg a frészpenge vezetn [1] lév két hatlapfej csavart, és ellenrizze, hogy a fémcsap [4] szilárdan van-e felszerelve a [C] ábrán látható módon.
5. Szerelje fel a mutatót [5] a beállítókarra [3] hatlapfej csavarral [18] imbuszkulcs segítségével [8] a [D] ábrán látható módon.
6. Rögzítse a két alátétlemezt [13] a frészpenge vezet tetején [1] mindkét oldalon a PH2 süllyesztettfej csavarral [15] az alátétlemezek elüls oldalán [13]. Rögzítse az alátétet [16] és a szárnyas anyát [19] a frészpenge vezet [1] hátuljára az . ábrán látható módon.
7. Szerelje fel a vezetrudat [11]. Helyezze a rugót [22] a vezetrúd [11] alsó furatába, amely a beállítókar [3] és a vezetrúd [11] között található a . ábrán látható módon. A négyszögletes csavar [20] áthalad a beállítókaron [3] a vezetrúd fels furatához [11]. Rögzítse az alátétet [21] és a szárnyas anyát [23] a vezetrúd [11] küls oldalára. Ismételje meg ugyanezt a folyamatot egy végrehajt másik vezetrúd [11] befejezéséhez.
8. Szerelje fel a magasságállítót [12] a vezetrúdra [11] a [G] ábrán látható módon. Ismételje meg ugyanezt a folyamatot egy másik vezetrúddal.
9. Rögzítse az állítható hosszanti ütközvel [9] ellátott anyagbilincset vízszintesen vagy függlegesen a frészpenge vezetre [1] a csavaranya [24] rögzítésével a [H] ábrán látható módon.
10. Rögzítse az anyag rögzítelemet [7] a frészpenge vezetre [1], ehhez rögzítse a csavaranyát [24] az [I] ábrán látható módon.

11. Összeszerelés eltt helyezzen be papír pengevédt. Távolítsa el a frészre ersített papír pengevédt [14]. Helyezze fel a frészt [14] a vezetrúdra [11] a [J] ábrán látható módon. Ügyeljen arra, hogy a frészen lév manyag vezetn lév lyukak áthaladjanak a vezetrúdon [11].
12. Szükség esetén szerelje fel a terméket a munkaállomásra. Távolítsa el az összes manyag lábat [10]. A terméket 4 csavarral [25] szerelje fel a munkaállomásra frészelés eltt a [K] ábrán látható módon.
A gérvágó frész használata
1. Emelje meg a frészpenge fogantyúját [14], és helyezze a munkadarabot a frész alá.
2. Rögzítse az anyagot az anyag rögzítelemmel [7], hogy megakadályozza a munkadarab bármilyen elmozdulását.
3. Állítsa be a munkadarab vágási hosszát az anyag rögzítelem állítható hosszanti üközjével [9].
4. Az [M] ábrán látható módon vágja le a különböz formákat a szög beállításával. A vágási szög beállításához az . ábrán látható módon emelje fel a beállítókarral [3] ellátott fogantyút, és váltson balra vagy jobbra.

Tárolás és tisztítás

A terméket gondosan, szigorú minségi elírások betartásával gyártottuk, és a szállítás eltt gondosan ellenriztük. Anyag- vagy gyártási hibák esetén a termék eladójával szemben törvényes jogok illetik meg. Az Ön törvényes jogait az általunk alább meghatározott garancia semmilyen módon nem korlátozza.

A garancia megsznik, ha a terméket megrongálták, ill. nem szakszeren kezelték vagy végezték a karbantartást.
A garancia az anyag- és gyártási hibákra vonatkozik. Ez a garancia nem terjed ki azokra a termékalkatrészekre, amelyek normál kopásnak vannak kitéve, és ezért gyorsan kopó alkatrésznek minsülnek (pl. elemekre, akkumulátorokra, tömlkre, tintapatronokra), illetve a törékeny alkatrészek sérülésére, pl. kapcsolókra vagy üveg alkatrészekre.
