Initial Setup and Assembly
Unpacking the TV
Carefully remove the TV from its packaging. For 50/55UT75* models, the TV is typically lifted out of the box. For 65UT73/75* models, the box can be lifted off the TV while it rests on a flat surface.
Attaching the Stand or Wall Mount
For 50/55/65UT75* models: Attach the stand to the TV. Ensure the stand is securely fastened with the provided screws.
For 65UT73* models: Attach the wall mount bracket to the TV. Refer to the wall mount instructions for proper installation. Note the 90-degree rotation symbol, indicating the TV can be rotated for certain viewing angles.
Connecting Cables
Connect necessary cables to the TV's ports. Ensure all connections are secure.
Powering On
Plug the power cord into an electrical outlet. The TV is now ready for initial setup.
Connection Ports
Your LG TV features various connection ports:
- LAN: For wired network connection.
- OPTICAL DIGITAL AUDIO OUT: For connecting to external audio systems.
- USB: For connecting USB devices.
- HDMI (eARC/ARC): For connecting high-definition devices like Blu-ray players, game consoles, or soundbars.
