3. Interface Description
The rear case provides terminal blocks for connections:

4. Installation Diagram
Follow these steps for installation:
- Use the built-in screw tool to remove the surface shell.
- Mark mounting hole positions on the wall based on the base dimensions and drill holes.
- Insert white rubber plugs into the wall holes and fix the base with screws.
- Connect the power cord and network cable.
- Screw the surface shell back into place.
5. Searching Device
Several methods are available to locate the device on the network:
Method 1: iDoorPhone Network Scanner
Download the tool from: http://download.fanvil.com/tool/iDoorPhoneNetworkScanner.exe. Open the scanner, press 'Refresh' to find the device's IP address.
Method 2: DSS Key Voice Prompt
After 30 seconds of power-on, long-press the DSS key for 3 seconds until the speaker beeps rapidly. Press the DSS key again quickly; the beeps will stop, and the intercom will announce its IP address.
Method 3: DSS Key Mode Switching
In standby mode, long-press the DSS key for 3 seconds (beep lasts 5 seconds). Within these 5 seconds, press the DSS key three times quickly to switch IP acquisition modes:
- DHCP to Static IP (192.168.1.128): Broadcasts the new IP address upon successful switch.
- Static IP (192.168.1.128) to DHCP: Broadcasts the new IP address upon successful switch.
- DHCP with IP obtained: No mode switch; IP address is broadcast directly.
Default Settings:
- DHCP Client: Enabled by default.
- Voice broadcast IP address: Hold DSS key for 3 seconds, then press DSS key again.
- Static IP address: 192.168.1.128
- Default Web port: 80
6. Fast Settings
Configure the device via its web interface.
Step 1: Log in to the Device Page
Open a web browser and enter the device's IP address (e.g., http://192.168.1.128
). The default username and password are 'admin'.
Step 2: Set SIP Account
Enter the SIP server address, port, username, password, and SIP user details. Select 'Activate' and click '[Apply]' to save.
Step 3: Set Volume
Navigate to Intercom settings => Media Settings. Adjust Speakerphone volume (normal calls) and Handsfree Mic Gain (microphone volume). Click '[Apply]' to save.
Step 4: Set Function Key
Configure function keys for quick actions. Set 'Type' (e.g., Memory key), 'Number 1' (primary dial number), and 'Number 2' (fallback number). Specify 'Subtype' (e.g., speed dial) and 'Line'. Click '[Apply]' to save.
Step 5: Set Security Function
Configure short-circuit input/output settings and tamper alarm server settings.
