1. Recommendations and Suggestions
Installation
- The manufacturer is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation.
- Read this manual before installing and using the extractor. Keep it in a safe place for future reference.
- This extractor can be used in duct mode (outdoor fumes) or recirculation mode (internal recycling). Select the EXHAUST or INNER option inside the aluminum filters.
- Only a qualified and trained technician should perform installation.
- Check that the voltage corresponds to the plate inside the extractor.
- Do not connect the extractor to combustion fume exhaust vents (boilers, chimneys, etc.).
- If used with non-electrical appliances (e.g., gas appliances), ensure sufficient ventilation to prevent backflow of exhaust gases. The kitchen must have a direct opening to the open air for clean air entry.
- The minimum installation distance must be within 30 inches (75 cm) from the stove. If the gas cooker manual specifies a greater distance, adhere to that.
- The extractor must be installed on a plate with four anchoring points.
- NOTICE: Due to the extractor's weight, two or more people are recommended for installation or moving to prevent physical injury.
Use
- The extractor is designed for domestic use only, to eliminate kitchen fumes.
- Never use the extractor for purposes other than those for which it was designed.
- Do not expose the extractor to high flames.
- Adjust flame intensity so it does not go beyond the bottom of the pots and does not come out over the edge of the pot.
- During frying, continuously control flame intensity; very hot oil can burst into flames.
- The extractor should not be used by children or people unfamiliar with its correct use.
Maintenance
- Proper maintenance ensures correct operation.
- Unplug the appliance from the mains before carrying out any maintenance.
- Clean and/or replace activated carbon filters periodically.
- Clean the extractor with a damp cloth and dry completely.
- After cleaning, apply mineral oil or baby oil to the steel with a clean, dry towel.
- Recommended cleaner: WD-40.
- Do not use abrasive products, as they can damage surface finishes.
- To clean glass, use alcohol with caution and a clean, dry towel.
Elimination
- Do not dispose of this product in household waste. Use special collection services.
Warning
- Household appliances can be hazardous under certain circumstances.
- Do not touch light bulbs when hot.
- Do not disconnect the appliance with wet hands.
- Avoid intense flames, as they are detrimental to filters and pose a fire hazard.
- Constantly check frying food to prevent oil overheating, which can cause a fire hazard.
- Disconnect the electrical plug before any maintenance.
- Do not use this product outdoors.
- This device is not intended for use by persons with physical, sensory, or mental disabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless supervised or instructed by a responsible person.
- Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the device.
- Ensure adequate ventilation when used with other fuel-burning appliances.
- There is a risk of fire if cleaning is not carried out according to instructions.
- Do not flame under the extractor.
- The air outlet must not be connected to the same smoke outlet duct as devices using gaseous fuels or other fuels.

7. Installation of Assembly with Recirculation in the Cabinet
IMPORTANT: The carbon filter must be installed in the extractors. The two exit points must be blocked with air outlet covers (9).
- Mark 4 points for cabinet holes, respecting distances in Figure 6. Drill 4 holes of 6 mm diameter in the cabinet.
- Push the extractor against the cabinet and insert the 4 screws (5) from the inside. Tighten the screws completely.
- Minimize long runs and elbows in ducting to prevent hindering the extractor's operation. For larger ducts, longer tubes can be used for better performance.
Recirculation Mode
- Caution: Do not use rigid metal or plastic ducts.
- Install the charcoal filter.
- Note that air flows out from the grid on the front of the body.
Electric Connection
- Electrical installation must be carried out by a qualified person according to all codes and standards.
- If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or qualified personnel to avoid dangerous situations.
- Do not use the plug and/or extension cord other than those initially connected to the extractor.
8. Maintenance
Fat Filter
- Two types of grills are available: aluminum and metal.
- Clean grease filters every two months, or more frequently with extreme use, using a detergent solution.
- Clean aluminum filters every 15 days with neutral soap to prolong the life of charcoal filters.
Filters are Washable
- Remove the grease filter one by one by tilting it down.
- Wash filters carefully, do not bend them. Ensure they are dry before reinstalling.
- When installing filters, make sure the handle is visible from the outside.
- To install the grease filter, align the rear filter tabs with the exhaust slots. Remove the seal, push the filter into position, and release it. Ensure it is firmly attached after assembly.
Recirculation of Air Without Conduits Using Carbon Filter:
This carbon filter is not washable and cannot be recovered. It should be replaced approximately every 3 months of operation, or sooner with heavy use.
- Install the carbon filter: push and stop until you hear a "click".
- Install the grease filter after the carbon filter is installed.
Normal Bulbs
- This extractor may require two normal bulbs (2W).
- WARNING: Always turn off the power supply before performing any installation on the appliance.
- To change the lamps:
- 1. Remove the metal or aluminum grid.
- 2. Turn the bulb switch off (by hand).
- 3. Replace with a normal 110V bulb, 2W maximum. Do not touch the replacement bulb with bare hands.
