Pairing Your Remote
To begin using your voice remote, follow these simple pairing steps:
- Ensure your device is powered on.
- Install a new alkaline battery into the remote.
- Navigate to the TV display's System menu.
- Select 'Voice remote' and press OK.
- Choose 'Unpair Remote', press OK, then select 'Unpair' and confirm. Wait for the 'Unpair complete' message on the TV.
- To pair a new remote, press and hold the microphone key on the remote for 3-5 seconds until the TV displays 'Pair remote'.
- Select 'Pair remote' and press OK. Follow the on-screen instructions, which may involve pressing and holding the microphone and mute keys simultaneously for 5-8 seconds until the remote light flashes.
