3. Mechanical Installation
External mechanical installation of transformer
Step 1: Attach the triangle steel bracket onto the wall of the cabinet with two M6*20 screws.
Diagram shows a bracket being attached to the side of a cabinet with two screws.
Step 2: Attach the triangle steel bracket onto the top of the enclosure with three M6*12 screws.
Diagram shows a bracket being attached to the top of the enclosure. An inset diagram indicates that if installed outside the cabinet, it is recommended to screw into the three holes inside the L-shaped Angle steel.
Step 3: Place the transformer above the L-angle steel.

Complete installation: Transformers can be installed on the left and right sides of the cabinet.
Diagrams show the right and left sides of the cabinet with the transformer installed.
4. Wiring And Installation
Step 1: Remove the cover from the transformer.
Diagram shows the transformer cover being removed.
Step 2: Before wiring, knock off the transformer bottom IN and OUT of the two sheet metal.
When the transformer is installed outside the cabinet, it is recommended that customers install their own steel heads for the IN and OUT ports. When the transformer is installed inside the cabinet, it is recommended to cover the toothed bushing at the IN and OUT ports to prevent cutting the line.
Diagram shows the IN and OUT ports on the bottom of the transformer.
Step 3: Connect the transformer with the neutral Line, phase line L1 or L2 or L3, and ground line. Open the cabinet door and connect the neutral Line, phase line L1 or L2 or L3, and ground line between the cabinet and the transformer.
Diagrams illustrate the wiring connections, showing neutral line, phase lines, and ground connections. A detailed wiring diagram shows specific terminal connections for 240V and 277V, including GND, N, and L terminals.
After connecting the transformer, turn on the breaker to start the transformer.
