The operation panel includes:

• Time indicator
• Work indicator
• Standby indicator
• Reduce Strength button
• Increase Strength button
• Strength indicator

The device features two energy plates for the left and right foot.

Operation Panel displays:

• Standby indicator (red)
• Work indicator (green)
• Time indicator (default 30 minutes)
• Strength indicator (default 01)

4. Operation Process Description

To operate the device:

1. Switch on the power. The "Standby" indicator will light up red.
2. Place both feet on the energy board. The standby indicator will turn off, and the "working" indicator will light up green.
3. The device starts working with default time and strength settings. Adjust strength using the '+' or '-' buttons.
4. The time indicator decreases by 1 minute at intervals.
5. If a foot is removed from the energy board for more than 10 seconds, the device returns to "Standby" mode. If less than 10 seconds, it continues until the time indicator reaches "01".
6. For first-time use in winter, preheat the energy board using the power switch and heating switch. Turn off the heating function when not required.

Not suitable for:

1. Patients suffering from heart disease.
2. Pregnant women and infants.
3. Patients suffering from lung complications.
4. Patients with impaired consciousness.
5. People whose body temperature exceeds 37°C.
6. Patients using life-sustaining equipment (e.g., heart-lung machines).
7. Patients with a bleeding tendency (e.g., uterine fibroids, during menstrual period).
8. People with low sensitivity towards heat (e.g., intervertebral disc herniation, diabetic feet).
9. Patients with implants (e.g., cardiac pacemakers, artificial organ carriers).

Safety Precautions:

1. Switch off immediately in case of emergency (e.g., power failure, malfunction).
2. Do not let legs touch each other during use, and avoid touching your leg with your hand.
3. Stop using immediately if any abnormality is felt in the instrument or body.
4. Disconnect power supply after use. Do not use for heating or cover the instrument with objects.
5. Do not use for children or people unable to express themselves.
6. Avoid use in places with high humidity (e.g., bathroom) or while showering.
7. Do not use other electrotherapy equipment simultaneously.
8. Do not touch the energy plate with metal objects.
9. If smoke or odor is present, unplug the power immediately and contact customer service.
10. Do not touch feet or knees during usage.
11. Ensure hands and feet are dry before use. Avoid high temperature or high humidity environments.
12. Ensure ankles and foot soles are completely on the energy plate.
13. Do not use simultaneously with other equipment using electromagnetic principles.
14. Remove all metal objects from the body before use. Avoid contact between metal objects and the energy plate.
15. Do not touch other people while using the instrument.
16. Turn off or unplug the instrument after every use.
17. When the equipment is in working condition, reduce no-load activity during maintenance or testing.
18. Allow a 20-minute stop after every 30 minutes of continuous usage.

Operation Precautions:

1. Turn on the "Heater Switch" if the energy plate feels cold, and turn it off once heated to a warm state.
2. Place bare feet separately on the energy plate. Do not wear socks or place covers on the energy plate to avoid excessive heating.
3. Select preferred strength based on personal preference. Gradually increase strength from low to preferred. Lower strength if the sole feels hot. Usage exceeding 30 minutes per session is not recommended.
4. Read and follow the instruction manual during usage. Unplug the power supply if the instrument is not in use.
5. Ensure the instrument is placed on the ground and not on an uneven or sloped area.
6. Turn off the instrument after each usage.
7. Clean the energy plate and operation panel with a damp cloth for maintenance. Do not use water.
