HP 510 UF Rechargeable Wireless Mouse
Getting Started
This guide provides instructions for setting up and using your HP 510 UF Rechargeable Wireless Mouse.
Connection and Software Setup
Connect the mouse to your computer using the included HP Unifying Dongle.
To program the mouse buttons and manage the dongle connection, download the HP Accessory Center software. If the software does not download automatically, open the Microsoft Store, search for "HP Accessory Center", and download the application.
Mouse Features and Indicators
The mouse features several programmable buttons, a scroll wheel, and indicator lights to provide status information.
Programmable Button
By default, pressing this button activates the Forward function in a web browser.
Programmable Button
By default, pressing this button activates the Back function in a web browser.
Scroll Wheel
Use the scroll wheel to move the screen content up or down.
Power Light
- White (5 seconds): Indicates the mouse is powered on.
- Slow flashing amber: The mouse battery is low and requires charging.
- Solid amber: The mouse is currently charging.
- Solid white: The mouse is fully charged and connected to a power source.
Pairing Light
- Quickly flashing white (180 seconds): The mouse is in pairing mode.
- Two blinks and a pause (180 seconds): The mouse is reconnecting to a previously paired device.
- Solid white (5 seconds): The mouse has successfully paired or reconnected to the selected computer.
Power Switch
Use this switch to turn the mouse on or off.
Pairing Button
Press and hold this button for 2 seconds to enter pairing mode for the HP Unifying Dongle.
