A.Warranty Policy
HP herein guarantees to all direct purchasers (hereinafter "you") that the material and workmanship will be defect free, subject to the conditions stated herein, a period from the date the of purchase of the product in its original sealed package until the expiration date as specified in the HP warranty policy. The warranty period will be considered to have started from three months after the date that product was manufactured untill the expiration date specified in HP warranty policy if proof of the purchase date is not provided. ·Limited Warranty During the warranty period, if a defective HP Product covered by this Limited Warranty is returned to the designated HP Service Center, it will be repaired or replaced or, at the option of the Service Center, its purchase price will be refunded. No repair, replacement or refund will be provided unless the defective HP Product is returned to the Service Center at your expense; for some HP Products, no return will be accepted unless the Service Center first provides you with a Return Material Authorization (RMA). If your HP Product has recurring failures, at the option of the Service Center, either you will be furnished with a different product that is equivalent in performance or you will receive a refund of your purchase price. Service Center support may be provided by an HP subcontractor or other third parties. Please see the HP Service Center information provided below. Where permitted by local law, HP Products and any replacement products or parts may contain new materials or used materials equivalent to new in performance and reliability. Replacement products or

B. Warranty Limitations
In the event of any of the following conditions, the product will not be covered by a free warranty: 1) Cannot provide valid purchase receipt; 2) Failure due to modifications, disassembly or repair; 3) Product capacity silk screen or serial number wear are missing; 4) Product interface bending, deformation and other anomalies, product shell damage, deformation and other anomalies caused by external forces; 5) Failure caused by not following HP instructions; 6) Damage to the product is caused by force majeure (such as floods, fire, earthquake, lightning, typhoon, etc.), man-made damage (such as beat, drop, rupture, blow, etc.), computer interface failure, improper custody, etc.) or other non-normal use; 7) Product damage caused by computer viruses or malware; 8) Damage caused by physical or electronic and electromagnetic pressure or interference, power supply instability and misuse, lightning, static electricity, fire or other force majeure; 9) Damage caused by exposure or storage in improper environments (including high temperature, low temperature or high humidity); 10) Damage or loss caused by improper delivery and packaging by the customer to the HP authorized service center; 11) Failure or damage caused by the use of the product for research and development, production or professional testing.

Laddove concesso dalla legge locale, i prodotti HP e i prodotti o i componenti sostituitivi potranno contenere materiali nuovi o usati equivalenti al nuovo in termini di prestazioni e affidabilità. Prodotti o componenti sostitutivi avranno funzionalità almeno equivalente a quella del prodotto o del componente sostituito. I prodotti o i componenti sostitutivi sono garantiti come liberi da difetti nei materiali o nella lavorazione per 90 giorni oppure per il rimanente periodo di garanzia del prodotto HP che sostituiscono o sul quale sono installati, dei due il periodo più lungo. Tale garanzia limitata non include l'assistenza tecnica. B. Limitazioni alla garanzia
In caso si verifichi una delle seguenti condizioni, il prodotto non sarà coperto da garanzia gratuita: 1) impossibilità di fornire adeguata ricevuta di acquisto; 2) guasto dovuto a modifiche, smontaggio o riparazione; 3) stampa serigrafica della capacità del prodotto o numero di serie del prodotto danneggiati o mancanti; 4) interfaccia del prodotto piegata, deformata o presentante altre anomalie, danni sull'involucro del prodotto, deformità e altre anomalie causate da forze esterne; 5) guasti causati dal non seguire le istruzioni di HP; 6) danni al prodotto causati da forza maggiore (come ad esempio alluvioni, incendi, terremoti, lampi, tifoni, ecc.), causati dall'uomo (come ad esempio colpi, cadute, rotture, esplosioni, ecc.), guasti all'interfaccia del computer, custodia impropria o altri usi non normali; 7) danni al prodotto causati da virus o malware nel computer; 8) danni causati da pressioni o interferenze fisiche o elettroniche ed elettromagnetiche, instabilità o utilizzo scorretto dell'energia elettrica, lampi, elettricità statica, incendi o altra forza maggiore; 9) danni causati da esposizione o conservazione in ambiente improprio (incluse alte temperature, basse temperature o alta umidità); 10) danni o perdite causati da consegna e imballaggio errati da parte del cliente presso il Centro Servizi HP autorizzato; 11) guastI o danni causati dall'utilizzo del prodotto per ricerca e svilupppo e test professionali o di produzione.

· Garantieverklaring
A. Garantiebeleid
HP garandeert hierbij volgens de hierin vermelde voorwaarden aan alle rechtstreekse kopers (hierna "u") dat het product geen materiaal- of productiefouten bevat gedurende een periode vanaf de aankoopdatum van het product in de originele, verzegelde verpakking tot de in het HP-garantiebeleid aangegeven vervaldatum. De garantieperiode wordt geacht te zijn ingegaan vanaf drie maanden nadat het product is geproduceerd tot de in het HP-garantiebeleid aangegeven vervaldatum, indien bewijs van de aankoopdatum niet wordt geleverd. · Beperkte garantie Indien tijdens de garantieperiode een door deze beperkte garantie gedekt defect HP-product wordt geretourneerd naar het aangewezen HP Service Center, wordt het gerepareerd of vervangen of wordt naar keuze van het Service Center de aankoopprijs terugbetaald. Er wordt geen reparatie, vervanging of terugbetaling uitgevoerd, tenzij het defecte HP-product wordt geretourneerd naar het Service Center op uw kosten. Voor sommige HP-producten wordt geen retournering geaccepteerd, tenzij het Service Center u eerst een Return Material Authorization (RMA) geeft. Indien uw HP-product herhaaldelijk defect is, ontvangt u naar keuze van het Service Center een ander product met gelijkwaardige prestaties of de aankoopprijs wordt terugbetaald. Service Center-ondersteuning kan worden geleverd door een HPonderaannemer of andere derden. Zie de HP Service Center-informatie hieronder. nieuwe materialen bevatten of gebruikte materialen met aan nieuw gelijkwaardige prestaties en betrouwbaarheid. Vervangende producten en onderdelen hebben minimaal een functionaliteit gelijk aan die van het te vervangen product of onderdeel. Vervangende producten en onderdelen zijn gegarandeerd vrij van materiaal- en productiefouten gedurende 90 dagen of gedurende de resterende garantieperiode van het HP-product dat wordt vervangen of waarin deze zijn geïnstalleerd, naar gelang wat langer is. Deze beperkte garantie omvat geen technische assistentie. Deze beperkte garantie dekt geen cosmetische schade, verlies of schade tijdens transport, of schade als gevolg van (a) ongevallen, onjuist gebruik, misbruik of andere externe oorzaken; (b) niet door HP geleverde productelementen; (c) onjuiste locatievoorbereiding of onderhoud; of (d) aanpassingen of onderhoud door anderen dan HP, een HP Service Center of andere door HP erkende serviceaanbieder. HP, noch door HP erkende serviceaanbieders, zijn aansprakelijk voor gegevensverlies in welke situatie dan ook. U dient altijd een back-up te maken van uw belangrijke gegevens. · Beperkingen/lokale wetgeving BEHALVE ZOALS UITDRUKKELIJK IS UITEENGEZET IN DEZE BEPERKTE GARANTIE, ZIJN ER GEEN ANDERE UITDRUKKELIJKE OF IMPLICIETE GARANTIES VOOR UW HP-PRODUCT. B. Garantiebeperkingen
In de volgende omstandigheden wordt het product niet gedekt door een gratis garantie: 1) Er kan geen geldig aankoopbewijs worden geleverd; 2) Falen wegens aanpassingen, demontage of reparatie; 3) De opdruk met de productcapaciteit of het label met het serienummer ontbreekt; 4) De aansluiting van het product buigt, vervormt of andere afwijkingen, de productbehuizing is beschadigd, vervormd of andere aanwijkingen veroorzaakt door externe krachten; 5) Falen veroorzaakt doro het niet volgen van HP-instructies; 6) De schade aan het product is veroorzaakt door overmacht (zoals overstroming, brand, aardbeving, bliksem, orkaan, enz.), door de mens (zoals slaan, vallen, breken, blazen, enz.), defecte computerinterfaces, onjuiste zorg, of ander abnormaal gebruik; 7) De schade aan het product is veroorzaakt door computervirussen of malware; 8) De schade is veroorzaakt door fysieke of elektronische en elektromagnetische druk of interferentie, instabiliteit of misbruik van de stroomtoevoer, bliksem, statische elektriciteit, brand of andere vorm van overmacht; 9) De schade is veroorzaakt door blootstelling of opslag in ongeschikte omgevingen (waaronder hoge temperaturen, lage temperaturen of hoge luchtvochtigheid); 10) De schade of het verlies is veroorzaakt door onjuiste verpakking en verzending door de klant naar het door HP erkende servicecentrum; 11) Falen of schade veroorzaakt door het gebruik van het product voor onderzoek en ontwikkeling, productie of professionele tests.
