Setup Guide
Follow these steps to set up your Panacom Q5-1MP IP Camera:
Download the Mobile Client APP
Scan the QR code using your mobile phone to download the V380 Pro mobile client APP. The app is available on [App Store] and [Google Play].
Device Configuration
Power on the device and wait for voice prompts. The device has a reset button for configuration purposes.
Network Configuration:
- Tap the "[Add]" icon on the app and then tap "Next".
- Wait for the device to provide a voice prompt: either "Waiting for WiFi smart link configuration" or "Access-Point established".
- If you hear "Access-Point established":
Choose AP quick configuration (Method A or B). Select your Wi-Fi network, enter the password, and tap "Confirm". The camera will then begin connecting to Wi-Fi.
- If you hear "Waiting for WiFi smartlink configuration":
Choose Method C for WiFi smart link configuration.
- Once the camera voice prompt confirms "WiFi connected", the device will be displayed in the device list.
- The final step is to set a secure password for your camera.
International Warranty
Terms and Conditions
- Panacom warrants the product against manufacturing and/or material defects for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.
- This warranty is limited to the repair and/or replacement of the product at Panacom's discretion, free of charge within the stipulated term. It does not cover consequential or incidental damages to other products used with this unit.
- The warranty is voided in the following cases:
- Repair or attempted repair by third parties not authorized by the company.
- Any modification or cutting of connection cables, plugs, connectors, or adapters different from the original ones provided.
- To make this warranty effective, contact the Authorized Service Center in your country. You must present the Original Purchase Invoice clearly stating the purchase date, dealer name, and product identification.
- Expenses such as transportation, freight, stay, and/or insurance are not covered by this warranty.
