Before Using This Product
Micro SD Card
If you do not have a Micro SD Card, please contact AOSU directly. The Micro SD Card must be formatted after insertion.
Select 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi
This product only supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. Please select 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi during app setup.
Select Installation Location
Use your mobile phone to test the Wi-Fi signal coverage at the planned installation position to ensure a good signal for the product.

Product Overview
The camera features a lens, infrared LEDs, motion sensor, microphone, and base bracket. It also includes a spotlight.
SD Card Port: Supports Micro SD Card for local storage (Max 512GB). Requires Class 10 level read/write speed and FAT32 file format. Minimum capacity is 8GB.
Reset Button: Press and hold for 3 seconds to prepare the device for connection.
CAUTION: Insert the Micro SD Card according to the diagram to prevent jamming and potential damage.
Setting Up the System
- Download the Aosu App from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
- Sign up for an Aosu App account.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
The app setup involves connecting your phone to the camera.
Mounting the Camera
Find a Good Mounting Spot
To find a suitable mounting spot, test the wireless signal strength:
- Open the Aosu App and navigate to Camera Settings > Mounting Guide.
- Take your camera and phone to the desired mounting location to test the wireless signal strength.
- Move the camera closer to the Wi-Fi router for a better signal if needed.
Select Height and Location
Mount the AOSUCam 7-10 feet (78-118 inches) above the ground to maximize the motion sensor's detection range. Avoid placing the AOSUCam in direct sunlight.
The camera's field of view and motion detection zone are illustrated, with detection up to 32 feet.
Test the Wi-Fi Signal at Installation Position
Use your cell phone to check Wi-Fi signal quality at the installation position before mounting the camera. Ensure the Wi-Fi router provides a strong signal. A good signal is indicated with a green checkmark [✔️], while a poor signal is indicated with a red circle and exclamation mark [❗].
Installation
- Drill holes according to the position sticker using a 15/64" (6 mm) drill bit.
- Insert the provided plugs into the drilled holes.
- Tighten the screws to secure the mount.
Required Tools: Drill, 15/64" (6 mm) Drill Bit, Screwdriver.

This product can be used in all EU member states.
Operating Temperature: The suitable temperature range for the Camera and accessories is -10°C to 50°C. Avoid exposing the device to extreme temperatures, strong sunshine, or excessively wet environments.
RF Exposure Information: To maintain compliance with RF exposure requirements, maintain a distance of 20 cm between the device and the human body.
Camera Specifications: Wi-Fi Operating Frequency Range: 2412-2472MHz; Wi-Fi Max Output Power: 17.13dBm (EIRP).
