Introduction

The Hotstart CTM HOTflow® coolant pre-heater system is engineered for demanding mobile and stationary applications, including land-based and marine use. It ensures optimal starting temperatures for diesel and gas engines, enhancing reliability and performance in various conditions.

Compact Design

Despite its compact size, the CTM system utilizes efficient forced circulation to pre-heat engines with displacements up to 20 liters.

Versatile and Adaptable

The CTM system offers high configurability for virtually any weatherproof application. Options include UL/C-US listed and CE-compliant models.

Easy Installation

Inlet and outlet ports can be rotated in 90° increments for simplified mounting. An integrated mounting kit suits most installations, with an optional vibration isolation kit available.

Reduced Operating Costs

Forced circulation provides uniform engine heating, minimizing component maintenance and power consumption. Users can achieve energy savings of up to 35%¹.

Optional Vibration Isolation Kit (CTM IMK)
