The app helps you find the best mounting location.
Step 2: Find a Mounting Location
Your Starlink requires a clear view of the sky to maintain a connection with the moving satellites. Obstructions will cause service outages. Use the obstruction tool in the app to ensure you select a suitable mounting location.

Step 3: Attach the Mount to Starlink
Feed the M6 bolts through the mount and into the back of the Starlink. Secure the Flat Mount in place using the four hex bolts and the 4mm hex wrench. Tighten all four corner bolts to Nm 7 (5.2 lb-ft). Ensure the mount is securely attached to the Starlink.

Step 4: Mark Mounting Holes
Use the Flat Mount as a template to mark the four mounting holes on your desired mounting surface using a pen or pencil.
The included machine screws can be used for mounting surfaces up to 19mm (3/4 inch) thick.
Step 5: Drill Pilot Holes
Drill pilot holes using a 7mm (9/32 inch) drill bit. Smooth any rough edges and ensure the area is free of debris.
