How to Charge

Due to battery self-consumption during transportation and storage, it is normal for the battery to be low or empty when used for the first time. Please charge according to the following charging steps. You can choose from the two ways for charging: charging the battery in your e-bike or removing it to charge it separately. Do not allow minors to use the charging equipment.

Charging the battery in your e-bike:

  1. Open the battery box cover and remove the rubber cover from the charging port.
  2. Plug the charger into a power outlet, then connect the output end of the charger to the vehicle's charging port.
  3. After charging is complete, be sure to close the rubber cover.

Remove battery to charge:

  1. Remove the battery from the battery compartment and open the rubber plug on the charging port.
  2. Plug the charger into a power outlet, then connect the output end of the charger to the vehicle's charging port.
  3. After charging is complete, make sure to close the rubber cover.

Note: The red light of the charger indicates the battery is charging. The green light indicates the battery is charged. Please turn off the power after the battery is fully charged. If the temperature of the e-bike body exceeds 40°C, the battery will not be charged normally. Please wait until it drops below 40°C before charging.
