Jabra Biz™ 2300 Headset USB Quick Start Guide

Getting Started

This guide provides instructions for setting up and using your Jabra Biz™ 2300 USB headset.

Wearing the Headset

Follow these steps to wear the headset correctly:

Place the headset over your head, ensuring the earcups are positioned comfortably over your ears.
Adjust the headband for a secure fit.
The microphone boom can be positioned on either the left or right side. Adjust the boom so it is close to the corner of your mouth for optimal voice pickup. The microphone can be rotated 360 degrees.

Connecting the Headset

Connect the USB cable to your computer's USB port.

Note: USB-C connection is optimized for computers. USB-C connection with a mobile phone or tablet may give reduced performance.

Using the Headset Controls

The headset features inline controls for managing calls and audio:

Call Button: Press to answer or end a call.
Volume Up/Down: Adjust the speaker volume.
Mute Button: Mute or unmute the microphone during a call.

Microphone Adjustment

The microphone can be adjusted for optimal performance. Ensure the microphone is positioned close to your mouth. The microphone boom can be rotated 360 degrees and adjusted for a 1/2 inch (12 mm) distance from the corner of the mouth.
