It supports the mobile app (RS Casa) for local and remote control of electrical devices at home, such as lighting, electric fans, air conditioners, and humidifiers. Please read this manual carefully for proper installation and usage.

III. APP Operation

To get started, scan the QR code provided in this manual to download the "RS Casa" app. Once downloaded, open the app, click "Register", and select your Country/Region code.

• Phone Number Registration: Click "Next" to receive a verification code on your phone number. Enter the code to complete the process.
• Email Registration: Click "Next" to create a password. The password must be between 6 and 20 alphanumeric characters.

NOTE: It is essential to reset the device before attempting to connect it to the app. Please refer to the FAQs section for the device RESET method.

1. Wi-Fi Plug Not Connecting to the Application

• Ensure the device is powered ON.
• Verify that your device is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your phone (2.4GHz Wi-Fi only).
• Confirm that the device is in searching/pairing mode.
• Double-check that the password entered in the app is correct during the device addition process.

2. How to Reset the Device

• Power ON the smart plug. Wait for 10 seconds, then power it OFF. Power it ON again.
• Press and hold the RESET button for 5 to 10 seconds until the indicator light flashes rapidly.

3. Electrical Appliances Not Controlled by Wi-Fi Smart Plug

• Check if the connected electrical appliances are properly plugged into the power supply.
• Ensure your mobile phone has a stable internet connection.

V. Warnings

• Do not use the device in environments with high temperatures.
• Do not connect household appliances that exceed the maximum load of 3680W.
