Battery Installation

• The Clock is powered by 2 x AA batteries (Not Included).
• On the base of the clock, you will find the battery compartment. Open the compartment and install the batteries, ensuring the correct polarity is used. Once inserted, replace the cover.

Instructions of Use

The back of the clock features controls and the battery compartment. The controls are labelled:

• S1: Press to Speak & Set Button
• S2: Time/Alarm set button
• S3: Dial to control the analog hands

To Set the Talking Time, Date and Alarm

You have approximately 10 seconds to change any value. The clock will beep to indicate it has returned to normal mode.

1. To Set Hour: Press S2 to set the hour. The clock will repeat "Set hour". Then press S1 to adjust the hour until the correct time is set.
2. Set Minute: Press S2 until the clock announces "set minute", then press S1 to adjust the minute.
3. Set Year: Press S2 until the clock announces "set year", then press S1 to adjust the year.
4. Set Month: Press S2 to set the month, then press S1 to adjust the month.
5. Set Day: Press S2 to set the day, then press S1 to adjust the day.
6. Set Alarm Hour: Press S2 to set the alarm hour, then press S1 to adjust the hour.
7. Set Alarm Minute: Press S2 to set the alarm minute, then press S1 to adjust the minute.
8. Set Alarm On/Off: Press S2 to set the alarm, then press S1 to turn the alarm On/Off. In setting mode, the clock will return to normal time mode if no buttons are pressed for 5 seconds.

To Use the Clock

• Press S1 once to hear the time spoken.
• Press S1 twice to hear the date spoken.
• Once the alarm starts, press S1 to silence the alarm.
• Use button S3 to adjust the analog hands to the correct time on the clock.
