Disassembly Procedure
- Loosen the two screws above the air conditioning control panel and pry open the clips on both sides of the air outlet. Lever out the USB module beneath the control panel, unplug connecting wires, and unscrew the screws securing the air conditioning control panel.
- Remove the air conditioning control panel, unplug corresponding wires, unscrew the 4 screws holding the main unit, and disconnect wires attached to the main unit.
Preparation
Before starting the replacement job, prepare tools such as a plastic pry tool and a screwdriver. Ensure the vehicle's power is cut off during installation.
Installation Procedure
(If the wiring harness does not match, please contact customer service to request the correct wiring harness)
- Remove the original car air conditioning control panel and install it onto the new radio frame, securing with two screws. Detach the emergency button and USB module from the original frame and mount them onto the new radio frame.
- Connect the wires of the new radio to the original car's wiring, insert the protocol box wire, and connect the wires of the air conditioning control panel.
- After connecting wires, reinstall and secure the new radio following the disassembly steps. Tighten screws to complete the installation.
