Introduction

Welcome to truly wireless audio with 25 hours* of combined battery life and a wireless charging case.

Simple Pairing

Follow these steps to pair your earbuds:

  1. Remove earbuds from the case and remove the protective cover from the charging contacts. Place earbuds in the charging case and allow 5 minutes to charge before first use.
  2. Open the case and remove the earbuds to initiate Bluetooth® pairing.

Using the Earbuds

Turning Earbuds On/Off

To turn the earbuds on, simply remove them from the case. To turn them off, return them to the case. The earbuds will enter hibernation mode if not used for 20 minutes.

Getting the Best Fit

For optimal sound quality, ensure a good seal with the correct ear tip size. IFROGZ provides different-sized tips. If an ear tip feels loose, try a larger size. If you experience too much pressure or the tip doesn't fit comfortably, try a smaller size. Note that each ear may require a different size tip.

To test the fit, perform the yawn test: insert the earbuds and yawn. If they remain secure and the seal is maintained, you have a good fit.

Charging

Charging the Wireless Earbuds

The charging case provides enough power to charge the earbuds up to 4 times*. Place the earbuds into the charging case; they will magnetically click into place. A red light on the earbuds indicates they are charging.

Charging the Case

The case arrives pre-charged. Recharge it wirelessly using a compatible wireless charging pad or manually via the included USB-C cable.

Wireless Charging
  1. Place the charging case on a compatible wireless charging pad.
  2. The Battery Indicator lights on the front of the case will flash to show the current battery level, indicating charging is in progress. All four lights will turn off when the case is fully charged.
Manual Charging
  1. Connect the included USB-C charging cable to the port on the side of the case.
  2. Connect the USB-A end of the cable to a 5V USB power source.
  3. The Battery Indicator light will flash to show the current battery level. All four lights will illuminate and then turn off when the case is fully charged.
  4. Disconnect the charging cable.

Quick Charge Feature

Nest the earbuds in the charging case for ten minutes to gain an additional hour of playtime.

Checking the Battery Level

The case holds enough power for approximately 4 full charges of the earbuds, totaling up to 25 hours of playback. To check the case's remaining battery level, place the earbuds inside. The LED on the front of the case will illuminate:

Factory Reset

If you encounter functionality issues, performing a factory reset can help. Follow these steps:

  1. Place both earbuds in the charging case.
  2. Reset the right bud:
    • Remove the right bud from the case.
    • Tap and hold for 10 seconds until the light flashes red and then turns off.
    • Wait 10 seconds after the red flashing light.
    • Tap and hold for five seconds until the light turns on and flashes red and white.
    • Quickly tap the bud six times; the light will turn off.
    • Return the bud to the case.
  3. Reset the left bud: Repeat the steps above for the right bud.
  4. Connect the earbuds: Remove both earbuds from the case and allow them to connect to each other for approximately five seconds. They will flash red and white, indicating pairing mode.
  5. The earbuds are now reset to factory settings. You must remove the previous pairing from your device's Bluetooth settings. After removal, follow the initial pairing instructions in this guide.
