¹ The Bluetooth Range can vary depending on the ambient environment. The range is tested in an outdoor environment with no physical obstacles.

⁴ Impedance refers to the load a speaker places on an amplifier. Technically, impedance is the "resistance" a speaker offers to the current supplied by an amplifier because the output current of an amplifier is AC (not DC, like from a battery), this resistance is called impedance.
Product Appearance and Structure
Soundbar - Front View: Features control buttons (Power, Mode, Volume/Track) and a display indicator. The Honeywell logo is present.
Soundbar - Top View: Shows the top surface.
Soundbar - Back View: Displays various ports including power input, SW OUT, AUX input, USB port, HDMI/ARC input, and Digital Optical input.
Soundbar - Left/Right Views: Show the side profiles of the soundbar.
Subwoofer - Front View: Features the main speaker driver and the Honeywell logo.
Subwoofer - Back View: Shows the rear of the subwoofer.
Function Description
Soundbar Controls:
- Short press to turn power on/off.
- Short press to switch between Bluetooth, AUX, USB, Digital optical & HDMI/ARC mode.
- Short press to previous track, long press to decrease volume.
- Short press to play or pause.
- Short press to next track, long press to increase volume.

The Remote uses AAA Battery.
How to Operate
Powering on
- Plug the power cable into a wall socket and connect the other end of the cable to the AC Input of Trueno U2000 Soundbar.
- Press the power on/off button on the remote control or soundbar control panel to turn the unit on/off.
Connecting Soundbar to Subwoofer
- Connect the subwoofer audio cable to the SW OUT interface on the Trueno U2000 Soundbar.
- The subwoofer is now paired with the soundbar.
Pairing Via Bluetooth
Connecting any Bluetooth device:
- Press the M button on the control panel of the soundbar or the MODE or BT button on the remote control until Bluetooth mode is enabled. The soundbar is now in Bluetooth pairing mode.
- Open the Bluetooth settings on any Bluetooth device and search for the device named "Trueno U2000" and connect.
Note:
- "Trueno U2000 Soundbar" will automatically re-pair with the last paired device whenever it is within range.
- Devices with older Bluetooth versions may prompt you to input a passcode. Please enter "0000" on your device and press OK to successfully connect with "Trueno U2000 Soundbar".
3.5mm Aux Cable Operation
- Insert the 3.5mm AUX cable into the AUX input.
- Press the M button on the control panel of the soundbar or the MODE or AUX button on the remote control until AUX mode is enabled.
- "Trueno U2000 Soundbar" is ready to play audio/music through AUX mode.
USB Function
Insert a USB Flash drive; the audio/music stored in the USB Flash drive will automatically start playing.
Note:
- Soundbar is compatible with USB Flash drives up to 32GB in size and supports MP3 and WAV audio format only.
- The soundbar also has a memory function that will recall and continue from the last-played track whenever a USB Flash drive is reinserted into the soundbar.
HDMI/ARC Operation
- Connect a compatible device via an HDMI/ARC cable (not provided with the soundbar) to the HDMI/ARC input on the soundbar.
- Press the M button on the control panel of the soundbar or the MODE or HDMI/ARC button on the remote control until HDMI mode is enabled.
- The soundbar is now ready to use.
- If connecting to TV directly, please ensure your TV supports HDMI/ARC and please connect to TV using the HDMI/ARC port only on the TV.
Note: Ensure HDMI/ARC is selected as the TV's audio output.
Digital Optical Operation
- Connect a compatible device to the digital optical cable (not provided with the soundbar) input on the soundbar.
- Press the M button on the control panel of the soundbar or the MODE or OPT button on the remote control until Digital Optical mode is enabled.
- The soundbar is now ready to use.
Note: Ensure Optical SPDIF is selected as the TV's audio output.
Equalizer Mode
The soundbar has three equalizer settings tailored for different music styles. Press the EQ button on the remote control to choose among Music mode (EQ1), Movie mode (EQ2), and News mode (EQ3).
Precautions for Use
- Do NOT use at high volume for any extended period to avoid hearing damage.
- Do NOT use if there is any loud unusual noise. If this happens, please contact us at support@honeywellconnection.com.
- This product contains small parts which may be a choking hazard. Not suitable for children under the age of 3.
- This product contains magnetic material. Consult your physician before using the product in case you have a medical implant of any type.
- Do NOT attempt to disassemble this product as this may lead to a hazard and will void the warranty.
- Use this product only with the power supply provided along with this product (applicable for selected models only).
- Do NOT use this product near any form of excessive heat such as gas appliances and heating appliances.
Troubleshooting
Problem | Solution |
---|---|
No power | Connect to the power source. |
Unsuccessful bluetooth pairing | Restart the product and try pairing again. Disable bluetooth mode in your device and then re-enable it. |
Poor audio quality | Make sure the product is in the bluetooth range. |
Low or no volume | Increase the volume on "Trueno U2000 Soundbar" and/or connected device. |
Undiscoverable in bluetooth pairing | The product may be paired to a different device, disconnect from the paired device. "Trueno U2000 Soundbar" is not in bluetooth mode, change to bluetooth mode. |
