The temperzone ISK Series Cassette is a split system air conditioner designed for year-round comfort and economy. It is available in both Reverse Cycle (heat pump) and Cooling Only configurations.
Nominal Cooling Capacities: 7.0 kW - 12.3 kW

Features and Benefits
General
The ISK Cassette indoor unit, paired with an associated OSA outdoor unit, forms a split system air conditioner suitable for various commercial and public spaces like open office areas, receptions, and showrooms. Its overhead installation saves valuable floor and wall space and avoids the expense of separate ducting, grilles, and diffusers.
Design
The indoor unit is designed for recessed installation within a level ceiling space, centrally located for optimal four-way air distribution. Only the louvred fascia is visible. Its low-profile, elegant design blends harmoniously with room decor. Swing louvre operation prevents stratified air, with options for fixed angles via remote control. Supply air can be ducted to a remote diffuser, and fresh air can be ducted into the unit to mix with room air. The outdoor unit is designed for freestanding or wall mounting.
Comfort
Reverse Cycle systems feature Auto-changeover mode to maintain a preset comfort level by automatically switching between cooling and heating. Manual control of all functions, including one of three fan speeds, is available via a wireless remote control. ?
Economy
The system provides cooling and heating as needed. Reverse cycle models can generate up to 3 kW of heating for every 1 kW of power consumed, offering high efficiency. A programmable start/stop timer adds convenience and economy. Outdoor units are pre-charged with refrigerant, simplifying installation and reducing costs.
Efficiency
The outdoor unit features a high-efficiency scroll compressor and heat exchange coils with inner grooved tubes for improved heat transfer. ?
Quiet Operation
The ISK Cassette emits a quiet whisper of conditioned air due to its carefully designed fan. The compressor is housed in an insulated compartment within the outdoor unit to minimize noise, and the indoor unit is also insulated for noise attenuation. ?
Pre-Heat Cold Draught Protection
The system is designed to prevent cold drafts when switching to heating mode. ?
Ease of Servicing
The air filter is easily accessible for periodic cleaning through a hinged/removable return air panel on the cassette fascia. temperzone provides full technical backup service and readily available spare parts.
Quality Outdoor Cabinet
The outdoor unit is constructed from high-quality galvanised steel with a tough oven-cured polyester powder coating and stainless steel fasteners, built to withstand harsh weather. Outdoor coil fins are epoxy coated for protection in corrosive environments like salt-laden sea air.
Controls and Options
Fingertip Control
An infrared remote control offers versatile and simple operation. Functions include Auto, Heat, Cool, Dry, Fan, and Sleep modes, powered swing louvre, on/off time clock, and manual override. Note: The Heat function is available only on Reverse Cycle systems. ?️
Set & Forget
The ISK system includes a room thermostat. The desired temperature is set via the remote control, and the system manages the rest. In Auto Fan mode, fan speed adjusts based on room and set temperatures.
Optional Equipment
- temperzone HP Fan Speed Controller (4 amp): Recommended for cooling in ambient temperatures below 20°C for extended periods.
- Wall mounting brackets for outdoor units.
Dual-Zone Alternative
Two independently controlled ISK 73Q indoor units can be connected to a single OSA 146 B twin system outdoor unit, allowing for the servicing of two distinct zones.
