Important Notice

1. Room Management (RM) is a free software application, succeeding the previous generation PTZApp 2. Room Management (RM) now is available for both Mac and Windows. Please use the latest official release from AVer’s website to ensure full functionality.
2. PTZApp2 should be upgraded to v. 2.2.1003.06 (MAC)*; v. 2.2.1002.05 (Windows) or later version to get full functions. (*Mac version will be released by 2024/4/30.)
3. Smart frame effective distance up to 7~10 meters, depending on your setting of camera height and background environment.
4. H.264 IP video streaming supports Windows 7 &10. (not supports Windows 8.1)
5. During system upgrade, please DON’T turn off the power for any reasons.
6. If the FW upgrading is not success, please re-plug and power adapter and USB cable to do FW upgrade again.
7. Gesture control effective distance is up to 5m. If people are in front of white background, it may have some impact on gesture recognition.
