Wireless Connection & Pairing

Automatic Pairing

To begin using your SOUNFIIR4 earphones, simply open the charging case. The earphones will automatically power on and enter pairing mode. The indicator lights on the earphones will typically flash to indicate they are ready to connect.

Connecting to Your Device

Indicator Lights

Pairing Mode: Earphone indicator lights flash blue.

Operation

Music Playback

• Play/Pause: Tap either earphone once.
• Next Track: Double-tap the right earphone.
• Previous Track: Double-tap the left earphone.

Volume Control

• Volume Up: Long-press the right earphone.
• Volume Down: Long-press the left earphone.

Calls

• Answer/End Call: Tap either earphone once.
• Reject Call: Long-press either earphone for 2 seconds.

Voice Assistant

• Activate Voice Assistant (Siri/Google Assistant): Triple-tap either earphone.

Troubleshooting

Earphones not connecting to device:

• Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
• Check that the earphones are charged and powered on.
• Make sure the earphones are within Bluetooth range (typically 10 meters / 33 feet).
• Try resetting the earphones (refer to reset instructions if available, or re-pairing).

No sound or low volume:

• Verify the volume is turned up on both your device and the earphones.
• Ensure the earphones are correctly paired and connected to the active audio source.
• Clean the earphone speakers gently with a dry, soft cloth.

One earphone not working:

• Place both earphones back into the charging case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, and then try removing them again.
