Getting Started
Charging
Ensure both earbuds and the charging case are fully charged before first use. Use the provided USB-C cable for charging. Always ensure earbuds and ports are dry before charging.
Powering On/Off
Earbuds power on automatically when removed from the case and power off when placed back. Manual power on/off is also available via the multi-function button.
Pairing
The earbuds automatically connect to each other (TWS). To pair with a device, ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and select 'Soundcore Life Note' from the list. Follow on-screen prompts for confirmation.
Controls
Easily manage music playback, calls, and voice assistants with intuitive touch controls on the earbuds.
- Play/Pause: Single press (R/L)
- Next Track: Double press (R)
- Previous Track: Double press (L)
- Answer/End Call: Single press (R/L)
- Reject Call: Press and hold for 1 second (R/L)
- Activate Voice Assistant: Press and hold for 1 second (R/L)
Wearing
For optimal sound and comfort, select the EarTips that best fit your ears and insert the earbuds into your ear canals, finding the most comfortable position.
Resetting
If you encounter connection issues, reset the earbuds by placing them in the charging case, then press and hold the buttons on both earbuds for 3 seconds until the LED indicators flash red three times and turn white.
