Model: j5+ This owner's guide contains information for the following regulatory models: RVE-Y1, RVE-Y2, ADG-N2, Battery: ABL-F, ABL-D2Ax, ABL-D2Bx (x = 1 or 2). Slide the mopping pad down into the guide. Push the pad against the plate to secure it. Fill the Combo reservoir with water. You can also use a compatible cleaning product. Compatible solutions are listed at answers.irobot.com/s/roomba-combo-cleanser. Note: The product begins to absorb moisture as soon as water is introduced into the tank. Remove the reservoir from the robot and install the Combo reservoir. Important: Do not turn the robot upside down with the Combo reservoir installed. IMPORTANT: You must register the product in the iRobot Home app and complete a mapping run before using the Combo reservoir. Refer to the Activate Combo Reservoir card for instructions. Good Wi-Fi® Coverage Download the iRobot Home app and connect to a Wi-Fi® network App Store | Google Play About the Automatic Dirt Disposal Station While cleaning, the robot will automatically return to the empty station to empty its bin and recharge as needed. The empty station's LED indicator will turn solid red when it needs a new bag. If an obstruction is detected, the empty station will make several attempts to automatically clear the obstruction. Note: If you place the robot on the empty station manually, it will not empty automatically. In this case, use the iRobot HOME app or press and hold the button for 2-5 seconds. * Objects are not to scale. Note: Do not place the Clean Base automatic empty station under direct sunlight. Ensure the area around the base is clear to improve its performance. WARNING: To avoid the risk of the robot falling down stairs, ensure the charging station is placed at least 1.2 meters (4 ft) from any stairs. Note: The robot comes with a partial charge, but we recommend charging it for 3 hours before its first cleaning job. When the robot has fully charged, the light ring indicator will flash white intermittently on the back. Parts should be replaced if visible wear is present. Important: The robot will not operate if the filter is not installed correctly. Replace the filter every two months. Examine the extractor cover for accumulated lint or dirt and clean it with a clean, dry cloth to remove them. If the protector activates, the motor will stop working. If this occurs, unplug the unit, let it cool for 30 minutes, clear any obstructions from the evacuation port and evacuation tube, and plug the unit back in. LED Indicator Common Error How to Solve Solid Red Bag full or no bag 1. Replace the bag if it is full or missing.
2. Ensure the bag is properly seated.
3. If the problem persists, clear any dirt from the port on the bottom of the robot and the empty station.Flashing Red Leak or obstruction in the base evacuation path 1. Ensure the bin lid is fully inserted and closed. Press and hold the robot's CLEAN button for 2-5 seconds to manually empty the bin.
2. Clear any dirt from the port on the bottom of the robot and the empty station.
