Preparation
What you'll need:
- 3/4 inch Corrugated Tubing
- Standard Garden Hose
Instructions
Attach the tubing to the vacuum by twisting and pushing until the tubing is at least half way on the outlet. [Note: if needed, use a lubricant or soften the tubing with heat, e.g., sun exposure.]

Make sure the hose connector is as shown. Push the included gasket down inside the connector so that it sits at the base of the inner threads.

Screw the connector onto your garden hose.

Place the assembled vacuum inside the water feature. Then place the end of the tubing in the garden or drain as an outlet.

Turn the hose on fully. If the suction power is too much, reduce the water flow from the hose.
Your garden hose powers the vacuum. The water flows from the hose through the vacuum's inner chamber, creating suction. The vacuum sucks up dirty water & small debris, which then flows out of the vacuum via the corrugated tubing.

Start vacuuming. Hold the vacuum, or hold both the hose and tubing simultaneously, and guide the vacuum around the water to remove debris from the surface, sides, and bottom of your water feature.

Once you have finished vacuuming, turn off hose and remove the vacuum from the water.
