Application

Operating Instruction

Ensure the bench vice is installed on the workbench at a suitable height for the operator. Ideally, the jaw height should align with the operator's elbow when their fist is half-clenched, supporting the mandible. The length and width of the workbench should be determined by the specific work requirements.

Cautions

Tightness: Clamp workpieces with appropriate tightness using only hand force on the handle. Do not use additional tools to increase force, and do not exceed the specified clamp-holding force.
Work Strength: When performing heavy work, direct the force towards the clamp body.
Handling: Avoid striking the clamp body or its smooth surfaces.
Maintenance: Regularly clean and lubricate the lead screw and nut surfaces to prevent rust.
