How to solve the abnormal wireless charging? · Before use, please make sure that your mobile phone has both
wireless charging and MagSafe magnetic functions. · If you want to wirelessly charge your phone with a case on, please
use Apple's official MagSafe case or UGREEN's MagSafe-compatible case. · Once a metal foreign object is placed in the charging area, the charger will automatically detect and disconnect from the power supply. The product will resume charging after the metal foreign object is removed.

Why do the charger and mobile phone get hot during wireless charging? This is a normal phenomenon, because there will be a certain magnetoelectric conversion loss during the wireless charging process, which will be converted into heat to make the mobile phone and wireless charger slightly heated.
What is important to note when charging? After the phone is fully charged, please disconnect the charger from the power supply in time to avoid continuous heating of the charger and mobile phone.
