Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What functions does the headset have?
The headset offers long endurance, left/right ear wearing, track switching, volume adjustment, call handling (answer/hang up/reject), incoming call number announcement, and Chinese/English language switching.
What is the effective signal distance?
The effective Bluetooth signal distance is 8-16 meters. For optimal use, maintain a distance of 5-10 meters. Longer distances can lead to signal weakening, loss, or interference, causing intermittent sound or disconnection. The headset will attempt to reconnect when back within the effective range.
Why is the headset noisy?
Noise or static can be caused by radio signal interference between the phone and headset. To improve call quality:
- Keep the headset and phone on the same side of your body.
- Avoid placing the phone in a bag, as bags (especially leather or briefcase types) can obstruct the signal more than canvas bags.
Precautions
- Store the headset properly when not in use to protect it from damage and loss.
- Do not expose the headset to high temperatures or prolonged direct sunlight.
- If not using the headset for an extended period, charge it fully and then recharge it every two weeks to maintain battery health.
- Do not disassemble the product or use incompatible chargers to avoid damage or safety hazards.
- Keep the headset away from children and individuals with intellectual disabilities to prevent accidental injury.
