Controls and Indicators

Multifunction Key:

  • Power on: Long press 2 seconds
  • Shutdown: Long press 4 seconds
  • Music play/pause: Short press once
  • Answer/hang up call: Short press once
  • Decline a call: Double click once
  • Power indicator light: Press the power display button to show real-time battery level. Each light bead represents 25% of the battery.

Pairing Steps

Connect to Mobile Bluetooth Device

  1. Long press the multifunction key for 5 seconds to power on and automatically enter pairing state (red and blue indicator lights flash rapidly).
  2. Turn on Bluetooth on your mobile device, search for Bluetooth devices, find "K23", and click to connect.

Connect to Computer Device

  1. Download and install a universal Bluetooth driver.
  2. After installation, a gray Bluetooth icon will appear in the lower right corner of your computer.
  3. Insert the Bluetooth adapter (if your computer does not have built-in Bluetooth; adapter sold separately). The gray icon will turn blue.
  4. Right-click the blue Bluetooth icon and select "Display the classic page".
  5. With the headset off, long press the multifunction key (approx. 4 seconds) until the red and blue indicator lights flash rapidly, indicating pairing mode.
  6. Right-click the interface, select "Search devices". Right-click "Obtain device name", click "Search service", then click "Connect Bluetooth headset". Enter the initial password: "0000" to complete the connection.

Charging Method

Three charging methods are available:

Use a charger with 1A or less for charging. Disconnect the power supply after fully charged. Charging with a power bank is not recommended.
