Quick Start Guide
Button Functions
The product panel features a combination of touch buttons and LED lights. A beep is heard each time a button is pressed, and two beeps at the end of each cycle.
- Select Tea Function: Press the '+' and '-' buttons to select different tea types (Boil, Herbal, Black, Oolong, White, Green, Delicate).
- Adjust Temperature: When boiling water, the panel will display temperature changes in 1° increments. When the water reaches the standard temperature, a single chime will sound, and the kettle will enter Keep Warm mode. Note: The tea function cannot be selected when the appliance is in Keep Warm mode.
- Start/Stop Kettle: Press the Start/Stop button to turn the kettle on and off.
Before First Use
Before using the kettle for the first time, it is recommended to clean it by boiling a full load of water in it twice, then discarding the water.

Kettle Information
MAX WATER: 60 Oz (1.77 L)

The kettle has a glass body, a lid, a handle, a control panel, and a power base.
Operation
- Filling the Kettle: Remove the kettle from the power base, open the lid, and fill with water between the minimum (16 oz) and maximum (60 oz) marks. Filling with too little water will cause the kettle to shut off before boiling. Do not fill above the maximum level to prevent overflow.
- Closing the Lid and Placing on Base: Ensure the lid is securely closed before connecting the power cord to the outlet. Close the lid and place the kettle on the power base, ensuring full contact.
- Connecting to Power: Connect the kettle to the power source. The light will flash for 3 seconds, and a beep will sound once. The kettle has completed initialization and is in an active state. In the active state, the kettle defaults to the Boil setting and awaits further operation.
Temperature Unit Conversion
To switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit, press and hold the '+' and '-' buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds until you hear a beep, and the temperature unit will change.

To start the heating process, press the '+' or '-' button in the active state to select a tea function, then press the Start/Stop button.
To stop or pause the heating process, press the Start/Stop button. The kettle will stop heating and return to the active state, but the chosen tea function will remain selected.
To change the tea function while boiling water, press the '+' or '-' button. The light will turn white. After 3 seconds, the new setting will be confirmed. The kettle remembers the tea function even if the power is interrupted.
Keep Warm: When the water reaches the target temperature, the kettle will automatically enter Keep Warm mode for 60 minutes. To cancel Keep Warm, press the Start/Stop button, and the kettle will return to the active state. The light is green in Keep Warm mode.
Standby State: If there is no operation for 60 seconds, the kettle will enter standby mode. After 60 minutes in Keep Warm mode, the kettle will automatically enter standby mode. All lights and displays will turn off. In standby mode, press any button to return the kettle to the active state.
Pouring Water
Lift the kettle from the power base and pour the water. Ensure the power is off when the kettle is not in use. Ensure the lid is securely closed; the kettle will bubble if the lid is left open. Exercise caution when pouring hot liquid to avoid burns. Do not open the lid while the liquid is hot unless necessary. Ensure the power supply is turned off when the kettle is not in use.
Boil-Dry Protection
If the kettle is accidentally operated without water, the boil-dry protection will automatically shut it off. If this occurs, let the kettle cool down before filling it with cold water and re-boiling.
Using the Infuser
After the water has boiled, carefully open the lid. Gently remove the infuser from the kettle by opening the lid and pulling up on the infuser handle. Add tea leaves, loose tea, or tea bags to the infuser. Replace the infuser in the kettle and close the lid securely. Steep the tea according to the tea's instructions.
Caution: Be very careful when adding tea to the infuser, as the kettle will be very hot. Tea should be steeped for an average of 4 minutes. Over-steeping will make the tea bitter.
Using the Spout Filter
The spout filter can be inserted into the kettle's spout to filter out any debris. To insert the spout filter, open the kettle lid and place it into the spout from inside the kettle. To remove it, gently press down on the plastic tab that holds it in place, and it will release.
Note: Never attempt to remove the spout filter while the kettle is hot, as you may get burned. Always wait for the kettle to cool completely before inserting or removing the spout filter. Clean the spout filter after each use.
