Television Installation Steps

1. Unpacking the Television

   With two people, carefully remove the television from its packaging. Lay the television screen-down on a soft, flat surface, such as a blanket or tablecloth, to protect the screen.

2. Attaching the Stand (for 32LR60*, 43/50/55UT73*)

   Align the stand with the designated mounting holes on the back of the television. Secure the stand using the appropriate screws (a, b, or c) as indicated for your model. Ensure the stand is firmly attached.

3. Attaching the Stand (for 65UT73*)

   For the 65UT73* model, attach the stand components to the television. This may involve assembling multiple parts of the stand before securing it to the TV using the appropriate screws (d).

4. Placing the Television

   With two people, carefully lift the television and place it upright on a stable, level surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the television.

5. Connecting Cables

   Connect the power cord to the television and then to a wall outlet. Connect other necessary cables such as antenna, HDMI, or optical audio cables to the appropriate ports on the back of the television.

Connecting External Devices

The LG TV provides various ports for connecting external devices:

• LAN: For wired network connection.
• OPTICAL DIGITAL AUDIO OUT: For connecting to an audio receiver or soundbar.
• ANT IN: For connecting an antenna or cable TV.
• COMMON INTERFACE (CI+): For inserting a CI module (e.g., for encrypted channels).
• USB IN: For connecting USB storage devices.
• HDMI IN (eARC/ARC): For connecting high-definition devices like Blu-ray players, game consoles, or soundbars.

To use the remote control, ensure batteries are inserted correctly and point it towards the television's remote sensor.
